    Cata's almost here, and I think I have something that'll make questing a bit easier.

    DoubleClickForTheWin's main feature is that it'll let you advance through most NPC gossip/quest panels simply by double-clicking anywhere on the frame.

    It'll always try to pick the-right-thing, so if the gossip has 1 available quest, one
    complete, and one uncomplete, it'll pick the available quest for you first and then hand in the other one next time around. Or select the vendor option from innkeepers, etc.

    It won't do anything if there are multiple quest reward options, just so you won't make mistakes when quickly double-clicking away.

    And on top of that, it also handles few other cases where you'd have to wave your mouse cursor back and forth all over the screen to accept popups and clicking buttons. Check the project page for full list :)

    You can do that already, just add Heroism/etc as AlwaysShown timers, then they get shown regardless of who cast them on you. I added this only quite recently so make sure to update to newest version first.

    AlwaysShown isn't maybe the most descriptive name for those kind of timers, but that's the best I could come up with at that time :)

    And yes, I do get warned, it's just not accompanied with flashy-screen-of-doom stating I should really drop everything else and start running :)

    Would it be possible to change all the warnings that require you to run away from something by default do the flash&shake.
    Mainly thinking of Overload at Iron Council and Shock Blast at Mimiron. Especially at Mimiron, you don't always target the bottom at the last phase so can't see the casting bar for it, and it's easy to miss the warning, as I like to have all warnings enabled.
    I've changed those two warnings on my own copy and it helps me spot them better when playing my rogue.

    Could also be made flash only for the melee-classes if it's annoying to see them when playing ranged DPS or healer?

    Edit: Now that I think about it, I guess this particular question might've been better in the BigWigs_Ulduar thread, but Ulduar's not the only place with these kind of things so...

    Sorry for being a bit offtopic, but I just have to point out that you can do this already.

    I thought I was going crazy or that my tracking menu broke down when I noticed.
    For my herber+miner, I can't even select mineral tracking, selecting either herbs or minerals will select herbing, or turn tracking off.

    And when herb tracking is enabled, both types of nodes show up in map.

    Go try it yourself :)

    It seems that IsFalling() returns 1 when you initially log in. One character was mostly stripped when the loading screen went away, while another character seems to keep his clothes on even though the chat window tells me that I'm falling for my death.

    Doing an UI reload doesn't invoke any silly messages nor leave me naked in the Ironforge bank.


    But it did work when I took a leap off the Aldor terrace, good stuff!

    Edit: Also, jumping and touching the ground as little as possible between jumps seems to after few jumps trigger the nudism mode.

    I'm still using TinyTip and it works just fine, though I haven't touched the options since I had set it up back in the 2.0 days. They're definitely broken.

    I poked around a bit and the newest TinyTipOptions seems to be a WIP of AceConfig-3.0 version, and isn't compatible with the newest TinyTip. I managed to get it to open the new config frame but the options didn't seem to work anyway. I didn't want to mess around too much in fear of loosing my current settings.

    Aaanyways, you should be able to set it up with the provided StandAloneConfig.lua files.
    Make sure you got all the TinyTip modules you want to use in the main Interface/Addons folder (So you have i.e. Interface/Addons/TinyTipBasic), then open the StandAloneConfig.lua inside with Notepad or somesuch and change the values as described.

    Ok, finally done.
    Download: Bidder_FCZSKIN and DKPmon_FCZSKIN

    Fixed Cost Zero Sum Koh I Noor (that being my guild)

    Based completely on the Bidder-/DKPmon_FCZS addons by Eraslin, I can say that I don't have much clue about how all these licenses work.
    I kept the GPL text at the top of both files, if there's something I'm supposed to do then just let me know.

    What's different from the FCZS-module:
    • Offspec bidding, right-click items to bid as offspec. Masterlooter can enable/disable it completely or change the amount of discount and so on.
    • Prices for items determined by function ripped straight from ItemLevelDKP, price modifier and the pricing method version syncing to all raiders in case you want to alter it afterwards so people don't see the wrong prices. All can be found inside the Bidder_FCZSKIN/pricing.lua
    • Prices also show up on items all the time, or just in raids, instead of just during bidding.
    • Re-opening bidding correctly shows the "Bid Placed" text where applicable.
    • If there are two of the same item, bidding on one will bid for both, to make it easier for the masterlooter to select winners.
    • (These might be better to not include in the addon, but ah well)
    • Able to close bidding without a timer
    • Able to still add bidders manually after bidding has been closed

    At the start I modified the core DKPmon/Bidder addons where needed to get everything I wanted to work, but I tried my best to handle all of that by hooks and such instead, so this should work fine with the 'vanilla' DKPmon/Bidder, but if there's any problems then let me know.

    If anyone has any use for this at all, or would actually use this for their guild, I'd be very happy to know! And thank you for reading all that ;)

    Just a heads-up, I've pretty much finished the custom FCZS-module for our guild, that basically uses the ItemLevelDKP to calculate item prices, and lets people bid as "offspec" at discounted price.

    I need to just make sure all of it works properly, but I will leave a note here after I'm done with it, in case other guilds might have use for it too

    I guess this is kind of a bug-report, and kind of working-as-intended too, /shrug.

    The ChatFrame:SetMaxLines() function seems to clear all the messages in the chatframe, the Scrollback module calls this (ofcourse) which leads to about half of the messages sent by addons when they're loading to disappear.
    Dunno if there's any easy (or worth doing) way to fix this, it got me banging my head against the wall more than once though before I just now realised what was causing it :)

    So if anything, just a heads up if anyone else is experiencing missing addon-messages

    The "lag" for certain spells is most likely caused by the throttle ability, which combines some events into one when they happen inside a certain time-frame. This ofcourse means that it has to wait that throttle time before it'll show anything
