Regarding the alt inventory stuff. I'm getting more and more addons storing information about alts. Baggins_AnywhereBags and CharacterInfoStorage are two. Of course I would like to have this done by a dedicated library. Would it perhaps be possible to implement an initial library to do just what you would need for Skillet and then hope for other addon coders to make use of it and possibly extending it to suit their needs? Or is that just a recipe for disaster when everyone and their mother starts adding bloat to it? Somehow this area seems perfectly suited for a database addon with the option to ask for certain item types to be stored. LibPT could be used if present I suppose. Just throwing ideas out here in the hope that it is actually a good idea :)

Anyway, thank you for Skillet. It's a very useful addon indeed. Props to whoever came up with the idea of a shopping list.

Is CharacterInfoStorage perhaps a usable library for handling bank and alt items?

Would it be possible for the numbers of craftable items to change based on the current queue? I guess you could take the data of mats required (aka 'Shopping List') and subtract that from mats available to show the number craftable. This would help when trying to craft several different items that all use common mats.

I'd very much like this feature requested by NavyFC as well. Seconded.

Where can one find this "EBA version"?

The link you provided yourself is the EBA by the looks of it. It's on wowui.incgamers.com as well at http://wowui.incgamers.com/?p=mod&m=4890.

Edit: EBA modules...
OutfitDisplayFrame
Tracking Frame
Merge Database
Bar Plugins
I'm unsure if the last two have a gui. I only use the tracking frame.

I get the following error with the Fishing Buddy skin:
[2007/12/28 20:30:53-121-x1]: Skinner-2.3\SkinMe\FishingBuddy.lua:22: attempt to index global 'FishingOutfitFrameModelRotateLeftButton' (a nil value)
<in C code>: ?
AceEvent-2.0-56171 (Ace2):364: in function <Interface\AddOns\Ace2\AceEvent-2.0\AceEvent-2.0.lua:342>

I suspect it is because of me not using the EBA version with all the bells and whistles but only the [url=http://wowui.incgamers.com/?
p=mod&m=1095]core FB and the tracking frame from here or part of the EBA.

Perhaps a solution would be to have EBA modules in seperate skins?

Requesting an option in AltNames to import from custom rank name. I belive the new rank in our guild is called reservist or something. The guild note has the form '(A) Name-of-main'. Being able to import the 250ish alts would really be something.

Thank you for a nice addon,

Hi all,

I'm digging this old request up from the grave as I'm still stuck with MobInfo-2 which I would very much like to replace. Perhaps such an addon has since been made?

Regards,

See attached taintLog.

Sorry for being offtopic: How do you make taint logs like that?

Regarding the alts module. Our guild puts '(A) Name' or '(M) Name' in the guild roster public notes where name is the name of the alt no matter what is in the (). Also some gets their professions listed as well, making it '(A) Name - Smith' or some such. Any chance of adding matching of sub strings for viable alt names? The guild roster is at about 400 people but only 17 gets caught with the search as is.

Thank you for a nice addon.

I apparently have a conflict between Prat and SpamSentry. Here is the error I get:
