I've never used ag_UF before, but there appears to be some weirdness with ToT as well. It takes almost a full second for the ToT frame to appear after choosing a target.
Sometimes when quickly selecting, deselecting, and reselecting a target, you see the ToT frame appear for a tenth-of-a-second, disappear for half-a-second, and then reappear. For an example of this, just target yourself, target nothing, then quickly retarget yourself. The ToT frame will "blink" on, off, then on.

Blame Blizzard. I don't choose when frames are visible anymore.

Don't get me wrong, but I think it's a strange idea to count forward to a certain time. If you want to wait for, say, 5 minutes, it make sense to have the timer start at 5 and stop when it reaches 0, not the other way around...
If you want to know the length of time you are doing something and not the time left on the countdown, count forward makes sense - it just depends on which number you are more interested in.
Just make the expiration of a timer trigger your sound/message. Then you can let the timers expire at 0 or N.
you can also bind key modifiers (shift/alt/crl) to the left-clicker so when you left-click on a name, that action
will be performed. (who, target, whisper, invite, ignore)
If you dont like it - turn it off. I'm used to it, it helps me not miss chat i might be interested in. I enabled one panel by default so people would notice it.

So you need to be > 16186 in order to resolve the PopupMessage issues.
Module for Prat that displays chat with your name in a pop up window
Its initally configured for chatframe1 on. So you will get a little surprise - it has the same option settting method as the timestamps module. So you can disable per frame - so you dont get spam.
r19174: I actually find this a rather nasty surprise, since it isn't filtering anything. Every message sent to my first chat frame pops up, no matter what it contains. So I turned all of this off.

I beat you in announcing it ! /flex :PPp As i said 1 reply above yours, please make an option to pop up only for incoming msges and not outgoing ones :) and an option to pop up msges based on a custom filter. Taking your name (sylvanaar) as an example. Some people can refer to you in the various channels as sylv for instance. Normaly the new pop up module wont take this into account because it's looking for the full name instead of just a part of it.
I put in a fix for not hilighting your own messages. I'll look into a filter, thats a neat option. Maybe just an option for a 'nickname' would be sufficient.

In fairness...bigwigs has more lua files, and parserlib (i think) is a derivative of sw stats. You cant do what sw stats does without being big.

Thats sorta the point of the feature the FuBar is providing...data independant of the meter reset, per fight instead, resetting automatically.
