    Yes, as soon as they are enabled (they currently are not). Some of us use a hack to enable them at the moment but that is not really what you want to do because there come a few more problems with that.

    That totally depends on Blizzard's mood of the day and changes from beta to beta. Currently we only have this thread http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/13421662064 and the hints it has to documentation in the FrameXML files itself. You can browse the UI changes itself on various GitHub repos, I'll just link you one though, which is usually up to date: https://github.com/tomrus88/BlizzardInterfaceCode.

    Nope. If someone wants to continue the work on a project with a permissive license, they can only do so on that project if the author gives explicit permission. In that case, we can transfer ownership if the original author asks us to do so. Otherwise, the interested party can fork the project using the same or a compatible license and the name of the new project must be different from the originating project.

    what do you think about adding a anti-spam/merging feature for AoE spells? I don't really need to see my hurricane debuff on 20+ mobs (i.e 20 bars in my face). So merging certain spells down to one bar would be cool
