@jncl - The change to the maximize checkbox did not work for either MyriadPro-Regular or Expressway RG. Again, don't spin your wheels over this one. It's one character and doesn't affect my game at all.
@seleste_star - Are you using any nameplate addons? Make sure you turn off Nameplates under UI Frames in the settings. *Edit* I saw you said you disabled your nameplate addon. So.. I'm not sure, you can still try to disable nameplates in Skinner since those bars are attached to the nameplates usually.
I've tried both fonts I mentioned. Expressway RG and MyriadPro-Regular (paid font).
In the grand scheme of things, it's not a huge deal. If it's just a missing character from the font I don't see why you need to fix something that I am breaking by using a different one.

Doesn't look like variable 'i' is being set anywhere in there.
It also doesn't look like disabling the library actually works using the Disabled Skins tab.
Ok, I've narrowed it down to the ArkDewdrop library. I basically commented out sections of the Skins.xml file until I found the culprit.
Since we can't disable Arkdewdrop.lua on the Disabled Skins tab that was why I could click the Disable All Skins button and it would go away since it doesn't load ANY addon skins.
That said, I'm not sure what changed with the pre-patch versions as this is a completely new glitch. For now I've commented out the ArkDewdrop line in the skins.xml file.
Something ArkInventory is doing is causing the issue. I have no idea why he's touching nameplates and haven't dug into the code. It looks like what is being skinned is the hidden Plater frame that allows you to adjust where you can interact with an nameplate. It will skin one frame out of all the nameplates on the screen.
It's weird though, if I click the checkbox to disable all skinning of add-ons it goes away. If I uncheck that and then check EVERY add-on that is listed it happens. I don't think it's Plater and Skinner, I think it's ArkInventory that is doing something to nameplates in general that gets skinned before Plater can hide it and then Skinner is doing what's it's supposed to do with a visible frame.
So, I'll do some digging and see if I can figure out what weird interaction is causing it. I don't think it's a problem with Skinner at all though, it's doing what it's being told. There's just some random frame that shouldn't be there. Hopefully that makes sense.

Ok, I've narrowed it down to the ArkDewdrop library. I basically commented out sections of the Skins.xml file until I found the culprit.
Since we can't disable Arkdewdrop.lua on the Disabled Skins tab that was why I could click the Disable All Skins button and it would go away since it doesn't load ANY addon skins.
That said, I'm not sure what changed with the pre-patch versions as this is a completely new glitch. For now I've commented out the ArkDewdrop line in the skins.xml file.

Something ArkInventory is doing is causing the issue. I have no idea why he's touching nameplates and haven't dug into the code. It looks like what is being skinned is the hidden Plater frame that allows you to adjust where you can interact with an nameplate. It will skin one frame out of all the nameplates on the screen.
It's weird though, if I click the checkbox to disable all skinning of add-ons it goes away. If I uncheck that and then check EVERY add-on that is listed it happens. I don't think it's Plater and Skinner, I think it's ArkInventory that is doing something to nameplates in general that gets skinned before Plater can hide it and then Skinner is doing what's it's supposed to do with a visible frame.
So, I'll do some digging and see if I can figure out what weird interaction is causing it. I don't think it's a problem with Skinner at all though, it's doing what it's being told. There's just some random frame that shouldn't be there. Hopefully that makes sense.
