Is there a reason why .Font and .FontSize aren't supported anymore?
They're listed in the documentation but they aren't used in the code and the changelog of all 22 files didn't help me to find an answer.

I don't know if it's possible but is there a way to add damage done and damage received in the UF?
eg you hit someone for 100 it shows in green 100 or red 100 if received

You could try my ouf combat text addon (based on aguf combat text) that is working very well on my "test ui":

To enable combat text for a specific element (i prefer the health statusbar), set "self.CombatText" and "[fontstring parent object].CombatText" to your FontString.
local hp = CreateFrame("StatusBar")
local ct = hp:CreateFontString(nil, "OVERLAY")
ct:SetPoint("CENTER", 0, -1)
ct:SetTextColor(1, 1, 1)
self.CombatText = ct
hp.CombatText = ct
- Need to set .CombatText twice (for fontstring and fontstring's parent object), better solutions are welcome :)
If someone has a better idea for initialization, any help appreciated...
The problem was that I couldn't use the fontstring for receiving events, so I just used it's parent...

What I actually want is a row of combined buffs and debuffs, 5 of each max.

Does anyone succeeded to hide party frame when in raid with showparty ?
in the "old" pUF is code for that, should be this:

use HIGHLIGHT as layer
thanks p3lim, HIGHLIGHT seems to be working, but I still have a problem:
i create the power bar text with
local ppp = self:CreateFontString(nil, "HIGHLIGHT")
using self as parent instead of pp, so it's shown wherever the mouse pointer is in the whole unit frame
the problem now is, that the text is behind the power bar:
i hope somebody can point me to the right direction :)
...and sorry for the dump questions, i managed adding smooth health bar coloring, mobhealth and others but i'm still learning *g*

i'm trying to convert my minimalistic pitbull layout to oUF using pUF-1.1.2 as base.
i moved the power value (ppp in pUF layout.lua) into the power bar but i want to only show it when the mouse is over the unit frame.
i tried using i a custom OnEnter/OnLeave event for the whole frame, which is working for changing the backdrop color, but i cannot access the ppp object to :Show() or Hide() it...
does anyone have an idea how to do this?
ps: sorry for my bad english, it's not my native language

- backup & restore (most important thing for me)
- disable automatic update for specific addons
- some filtering options
- display changlog/installed version/latest version
- apply diff after update
