    I used to have a job on a construction site, and we had to all wear these steel toe capped boots (health and safety ironically). Anyway, there was this one time where one of my mates was climbing a bit of scaffolding so he could slide a bit of timber over and onto the roof. I was going to pass the timber to him. But just as i braced myself - getting a good footing to lift etc - he lost his footing and jerked his other leg out in desperation.

    That was the day i got a steel toe cap in the balls.

    This is a little better than that.

    Maybe its just me(?), but the button to change Wowace email and password (found on http://forums.wowace.com/profile.php?do=editpassword ) seems to lead back to the same page rather than an edit box to change password/email.

    I think that that is really the key as to whether or not Wow-matrix can be considered 'good'; either morally, legally or otherwise.

    If they have been formally approached and have relentlessly rejected authors concerns, then they should be demonised as much as they are.

    i understand that bartender 4 is not going to include a XP bar, and thats cool, but does anyone know if there is a mod that allows the Blizzard XP bar to be movable and scalable. i can only find addons that are replacements and thats not really what im looking for.

    the reason that i need it to be the actual Blizzard XP bar is because im very fond on using the GoToBar mod (http://wow.curse.fr/downloads/details/1898/) with stuff like item counts, gold counts, honour counts etc and converting the xp bar to rep (allowing two rep bars if you use the blizzard version as well), but it only improves the actual blizzard bar and the only xp bar mods ive come across are total replacements. so if anyone knows of a BT3 style XP mod that jsut moves the default blizzard xp bar, or an xp mod that provides the same functionality as GoToBar, i would be very grateful.

    EDIT: Kind of solved. Found "Chiper's XP Bar" (http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/9270/). not as flexible as far as moving goes etc, but is ok, for now. Still, if anyone knows of anything better, please let me know :).

    I see. so i guess (im still picking this up :)) the "function LSLP_UpdateFilter(link)" section is responsible for the text search? without the text search i guess that you wouldnt need to get a trade window open for labparter to get to work either then?

    Yeah i had a look at its innards today. it still seems to work basically. but there are some problems, mainly based around compatibilities, my knowledge of Lua is slim at best so im a bit out of my league as to conjecturing why.
    however i have discovered that it will function but only with certain criteria.

    eg.
    1. if using the Blizzard tradeskill UI. then the enchanting window must be opened manually before ctrl+alt right clicking. If using skillet however it will open the window automatically

    2. it will work with ackis recipe list running or with arkinventory, but if both are running. LilsparkysLabpartner ceases to function (but no error messages are thrown up)

    but yeah now ive had a chance to use it, it looks amazing. another great addon brought to us by Lilsparky :)

    That sounds perfect. Like a simple Manufac. The idea of context sensitive enchanting menu's makes me think that enchanting might one day almost be a non-irritating profession to use :)

    Thats an interesting idea. How would it work though? A nag screen to remind or simply just auto-crafting. I had thought that the blizzard API had recently been changed to stop anything too automatic?

    incidentally, i just found your addon "LilSparkysLabPartner" but i cant seem to get it to work? is it still functional? I heard that with it you can alt right click on items in trade etc to quick preform enchants. is that correct?

    Ahh, i have a request.
    "ackis recipe list" doesnt seem to work when you are looking at the trade screen of an alt characters skills page. would it be possible to have this functionality, or is that a request more for ackis recipe list?

    (it just says "Ackis Recipe List: Please open trade skill window to scan." when you try)

    hey lilsparky

    ive just logged on on an jewelcrafting alt, and unfortunately skillet doesnt seem to work at all properly. for some reason it seems to ignore some of the crafting recipes altogether,but in a weird way. the show up on the left side of the panel in the list, but when you try to click on them it shows 'unknown' or a recipe thats listed above it in the right side of the panel. i hope that makes sense

    EDIT:
    I think i know whats causes it. it seems when i learnt a new recipe it put the list out of sync, relogging seems to sort it
