Is pitbull stable enough to replace agUF?

@Gridius: I would say so personally. I haven't gone back to AGuf since I tried out Pitbull quite some time ago, and in it's current state, I wouldn't even give it a second thought.

@ckknight: Is it at all possible to change the strata of the unit frames? even if I had to modify it myself.

Could you please increase the maximum width for the top- & bottom frame, as I play on widescreen and the skin lacks about 30 px,
a value of 2000 would be enough, for me at least i dunno about larger widescreen resolutions.

I would be thankful for that

You can set both of those frames to 2000, that is how I have mine setup. Take a look in the Top Frame/Bottom Frame options.

How would it be hard or possible to skin panels made via Eepanel? :p

Donno really if its possible but why not add an option somewhere in Skinner to enable/disable Eepanel pannels skins. Think would look awesome to have total interaction between both addons tho, keeping Eepanel flexibility and Skinner as skin design thing=)

Have you tried enabling/using the other seven frames Skinner gives you? There movable and resizable.

I never used to use the middle frames in Skinner, but now I love using them. And I still make use of eePanels in certain ways, so I end up with a nice blend of both.

Open the Violation.lua file in the SkinMe folder, change 'CreateBarAnchor" to "SetupWindows"

    And done.

hmm, how do i center or left/right align partial text? say CurHP/MaxHP centered, and PercentHP right-aligned.

btw, i'm currently using the Ag_UF faq to get my custom text information. is there a list with more?

I don't believe it's possible to do that without using more than one different text window. (eg. using class custom text to display HP or whatever else)

You can find most of what you need for custom text right here. DogTag-1.0

well i was fooling around a little bit with my ui latly and i wonder how the location of chat frames is saved.
it seems that all settings i change in prat are changed for all characters (meaning all use the same profile - i guess on default) but chatframe locations are not saved in this profile.

Chat frame locations and channel colors are saved in chat-cache.txt on a per-character basis. You can find that file in World of Warcraft/WTF/Account/<accountname>/<server>/<character>/. Just copy chat-cache.txt from a character you like to all your other characters. The layout and colors will be the same for all of them. It's what I did. :)

Thanks, that was something I was about to start searching for myself. :)

There is also a module built into Prat called ChatTabs, this will let you hide your tabs.

The only problem is I dont use dog tags. I thought perhaps it was rating buster but I have it disabled and the problem did not go away.

DogTag is embedded into Pitbull, all text for any of the pitbull frames come from there I believe.

I'm just going to disable pitbull for a while. Its too bad beacuse I love pitbull the most.

I mentioned in another thread that I believe Dog-Tags is the culprit. I was having similar problems and when I reverted to an older version of Dog-Tags, it went away. It makes sense that the text issues would be coming from there. *shrug*

Hmm, for some reason I keep randomly losing all text on all unit frames on relog/UI reload.

Relogging again a few times or reloading UI a few times seems to fix it though.

This is also happening to me with the latest revision (r37301). Below is a pic of the Player and Pet frames.

Also, Bugsack doesn't seem to be catching any errors.

I believe this has to do with changes to Dog-Tag, I ended up going back to an older revision of Dog-Tag (r36536) and the disappearing text is no longer an issue.

alt+click on the unit frame you want to modify, and if what you need to change is not there, try out an ace2 mod called Niagara. Niagara gives you a GUI to change settings in Ace2 mods.

I just wanted to say thanks for creating/working on this mod. It's been a blast using it and I can't wait to try more ideas out. Everyday there seems to be some other possibility that I didn't think of previously, and that leads me to making more and more changes. Here is a quick SS of my UI.

I originally started making something like Benea did, but using gradients instead of solids. I ended up putting that on hold, and made the one I posted in the link for now. I'm gonna get back to working on some new ideas, I'd like to see what else I can come up with.

Thanks again for all your work.
