I see, well, if 5.3 was any indicator, it can't be that long to 5.4 and T16 :)

I'm having a slight issue caused by Blizzard themselves, and it's gonna go away a few weeks after 5.4 hits, but I wondered whether any of you might have an idea how to work around this with Inline Aura:

The Druid Feral 4T15 bonus reads: After using Tiger's Fury, you gain 40% increased critical strike chance on the next 3 uses of Mangle, Shred, Ferocious Bite, Ravage, and Swipe.
The problem is, this effect is also called "Tiger's Fury", it lasts 30 seconds (if not used) and while it's up, TF's icon displays that longer duration.

Is there any way IA can ignore that other buff of the same name? Can IA track by ID only?

How can I create my own personal nodes?
For general-purpose notes, use HandyNotes. Back in the day, you even needed HN to display GatherMate's nodes, I guess it's more stand-alone today.

I want to make a node for each spawn location of rare spawns that I need.

    No need. Just install SilverDragon.

Could it be that those are shared spawn points, in that there are both an Azshara's Veil node and a Stormvine node at the same spot, with Stormvine being displayed on top? Easy way to test, delete one of those Stormvine nodes, if I'm right, an Azshara's Veil should appear below :P

how do i get it to not print the GCD when i cast somthing like felflame or any other spell having my bar fill up with the 1,0 countdown is annoying

cooldown numbers are generated by OmniCC, not this addon. But as far as I know, it doesn't trigger when the initial cooldown is 1.5 sec or less.

Is there a way to get this addon to work with internal cooldowns? For instance, as an Arms warrior, it'd be nice to get Overpower to display the time until my next Taste for Blood proc, but there doesn't seem to be a way to set that up.

Well in this particular case, don't let Taste for Blood drop down to 3 sec remaining uptime, as the next proc will happen after 6 sec (5 sec ICD, but Rend ticks every 3 sec, thus every second tick refreshes TfB)

In general, cooldowns are rather the field of OmniCC, which is more or less IA's cousin (well actually, as far as I know IA is a "spinoff", as the early OmniCC had both CDs and durations)

since a few update for holy paladin 'Word of Glory' and 'Light of dawn' no longer have overlay highlight when we reach 3 holy power. I've seen that you made some changes to holy power highlight. Is this intentional?

this is the same highlight bug that is mentioned in the above posts.

Can you add something like this to the Shaman defaults?

-- Flame Shock, Lava Burst, Fire Nova => Unleash Flame
    		Spells(8050, 51505, 1535):Aliases(73683):OnSelf():Glowing()

Uhm, Flame Shock is a DoT, it should display that DoT and nothing else. Unleash Elements itself should be used to display Unleash Flame.
Thought this was already a default, but I probably added it myself - I could probably crosscheck my SavedVar with the current Defaults, posting results in the next days, raid now.

From the top of my head, I don't see any reason that would prevent Inquisition to display both holy power and the buff. Just set it up as a self buff with both "Inquisition" and "HOLY_POWER" as aliases.
Ah, wasn't aware that there was a pseudo-alias for that. Thanks, that works perfectly.

For Divine Purpose, I can have the holy power module treats the buff as a stack of 3 holy powers. Is the buff named like the talent (e.g. "Divine Purpose") ?
Yes, same name. Though, unless you have 3 actual Holy Power already, Crusader Strike has in fact a higher priority, since it generates HP despite the talent proc. So a simulated 3-stack of HP would not be perfect. However, as with Inquisition, I got it to work with the HOLY_POWER alias, but "Divine Purpose" has to come first as an alias so that it displays that buff, too.

By the way, if you can provide me an updated list of spells affected by holy power, I will update the default settings.

Uh, I just have a ret alt that I recently brought to 85, so I'm no expert on that, but Wowpedia's page on Holy Power should be complete in that regard :)

Just a quick note for when you have dealt with the 4.3 issues, why isn't Holy Power handled like Combo Points? For most spells it doesn't really matter, but Inquisition is both a "finisher" and a buff, but IA doesn't let me display both values, unlike SR/Rip on my feral main. (Similarly, the other HP abilities could display the Divine Purpose proc, I'm currently using Crusader Strike to display it, cause it's next to Templar's Verdict on my action bar, but it feels wonky)

"avoid" is not "prevent". It will try to not cross the taboo region, but I figure this algorithm is quite complex already, and would need to be even more complex to completely circumnavigate taboos.

A global option to only use glow while in combat might help in cases like that.

Using Demon Soul grants different buffs depending on your active demon: Demon Soul: Felguard, Demon Soul: Imp, Demon Soul: Voidwalker, Demon Soul: Succubus and Demon Soul: Felhunter.

Speaking of Warlock defaults, using Soulburn with Searing Pain grants the buff Soulburn: Searing Pain for following Searing Pains, which would be nice to display on that spell, possibly with the "glowing" setting to draw further attention and indicate it's not a "passive" buff for other spells, but a spell you need to use with that buff, but that's just my opinion there. :)

Is there a setting to enable glowing on drain soul when my target is below 25% health?

This is actually one of the defaults, make sure they are enabled in the addons screen for your warlock.

posted a message on Chatter- Ace3 chat mod (was Chatterbox)
I find the display of Real ID Names (function changeBNetName in module Player Names) rather lacking - there is only the option "No RealNames", which switches between:
    - stock display, but Real Name colored in class color. This doesn't give me information about the name of the currently played character.
    - Character name instead of Real Name. This can lead to confusion when someone whispers you from a new/unused toon, you'd have to check the friend frame to know who this is.

I'd prefer e a display in the style of "real name - char name", with options to color all or just the char name in the class color, show level, show realm/client... all optional though except the base style :)
Don't rush to implement this just for me though, in fact I wrote a small addon for myself to do exactly the above, half a year ago - I simply needed to edit out a line in PlayerNames.lua to disable Chatter's editing :)
