I'm working on an RPG-style modpack that uses scaling health to make mobs more powerful and drop more xp the farther away they are from spawn. The problem is that its too easy to stack up on enchantments to reach max power by only fighting low level enemies because the cost of stacking multiple enchantments on a single item is way to cheap. I'm looking for either a datapack or a mod that allows the user to have control over the cost of enchanting with both tables and anvils so I can make the power curve more gradual and force players to pursue stronger enemies if they want to make themselves more powerful. Anyone know of something like this?

*Additionally I could use a datapack that reduces the xp dropped from mobs to make enchantments more expensive that way.
