I haven't been able to reproduce the FuBar problem myself, so I'm not sure what's causing it.
Do those of you seeing the problem run with libs embedded or disembedded?
All that said, I still haven't been able to make the icon work even for me.
So I'm considering moving down to FuBarPlugin-2.0, because I *know* the icon will work there.

Nov 1, 2007Kemayo posted a message on wowace.py - lightweight, cross-platform addon updater2.0.8 released.Posted in: Updaters
Just a bugfix release:
* Removing .svn or .ignore from an addon wasn't picked up unless the addon folder was deleted for an update.
* Fix two exception problems in reload_data.
* Try to fix the UnicodeDecodeError (I couldn't replicate it, but I'm fairly sure I know what was causing it.
* Include Scoz's change to addon_versions.pkl.
Oct 31, 2007The branch now has mostly working bag sorting. It doesn't account for profession bags, so it'll fail if you have them.Posted in: General AddOns
It's also has a glitch in the movement calculation that I have to track down, which makes it sometimes take more than one iteration to sort properly.
Oct 29, 2007I currently have a dev branch where I'm drycoding features.Posted in: General AddOns
It should have reduced memory churn -- moves are being encoded as numbers instead of strings.
It should also work slightly better for compressing. I've improved the stacker's filtering, and it should now ignore full stacks. (It wasn't a problem, really, but it caused unnecessary churn.)
These changes mean that things like stacking to profession bags and FreeRefills-type stacking of specific item types should be possible shortly.
Oct 28, 2007I just generalized the stacking function so it can stack from an arbitrary group of bags to another arbitrary group of bags.Posted in: General AddOns
This allowed me to add in bag/bank compression: "/compress", "/compress bank"
It can refill stacks in your inventory from your bank: "/bankstack reverse"
It still can't replace MrPlow, because it doesn't sort bags. This is unlikely to change, because I use Baggins. If someone wants to write an efficient bag sorting algorithm and send it to me, I'm all for that.
(Oh, and the FuBar plugin was updated to allow click-access to all this.)

Now that's weird, you're not the first one i see reporting issues with bank stacking from MrPlow, but everything still works fine for me, I'm using Onebag suite.
Bank stacking in MrPlow stopped working for me and my significant other something like six months ago. Various deleting of saved variables failed to help. As you say, some people have the problem, some don't.
Since Wobin has been mostly absent lately and MrPlow's code was more complicated than I really wanted to try to understand for one fix, I decided that writing my own was the way to go.
It was fun... and, as a bonus, mine generates a lot less garbage than MrPlow. :-D
Oct 28, 2007BankStack fills incomplete stacks in your bank with items from your inventory.Posted in: General AddOns
There's a keybinding, a slashcommand (/bankstack), and a lazy fubar plugin that'll show up if you have Rock and FuBar.
(I got really sick of MrPlow's bank stacking not working. So.)

I'm seeing a similar error in PartyToGo:

Happens upon completing a quest.
That one's already fixed -- you just need to get the latest version.
Oct 18, 2007I've now gone through and fixed the drycoding bugs in my first go at the player notifications module. Also, I've added an option to suppress blizzard quest output to the UIErrorsFrame.Posted in: FuBar AddOns
Will you also be updating PartyToGo with these fixes also?
I can do that, yes.
