posted a message on Need help with party frame spacing
Simply put, my extremely simplistic party frame had no way of adding extra "space" between party members.

For me alone, this is not an issue, however, I recently began distributing this addon amongst my guild members and many of them have requested it, I've been able to accommodate them wanting both horizontal and vertical party frames, but I'm afraid I simply don't know where to begin with adding space between party members on the frame.

This is the addon, it is based off Roth UI by zork, though I've made very significant edits to it.

posted a message on (yet another) Trying to save frame positions in savedvariables
So I have this UI addon which the developer has stopped working on.
I'd like to take it over as a project and the first and foremost thing I need, A way to save the frame positions into a SavedVariables file, and then load those settings on another character.

I don't need profiles (although those would be pretty nice aswell)
But I need to say, setup positions of frames on my main, save those, login to an alt, and load those settings.

Currently the addon stores all of this in the layouts-local.txt, which isn't accessible from another character, and having to copy-paste it everytime I make a new toon, is rather annoying, and not very user friendly for anyone i share my updated addon with.

I've already made very significant updates/changes to the addon itself, and several of my guild members have already started using it aswell, so i'd really like to get this feature added in for them and so i can put my version up on wowinterface.
