    long-time ag user here! was wondering if any of the following have been addressed or will be addressed? thanks.

    ptr aura errors - i take it that the string of aura-related errors on ptr is a known issue, so i'll leave that one alone. with ptr just around the corner is it possible to get a separate release just for 3.1 so we can test it on ptr? my guild is on there every time there's testing and i have to deal with ag not working properly if i want unitframes. i don't want this to be the case on live.

    live aura errors - with the newest alpha build downloaded here there's still enough errors to be annoying.. as far as i can tell it's the uf not being able to handle a large amount of auras at once. someone touched upon this earlier, i'd just like to verify that's going to be addressed in the next build.

    live dissapearing unitframes - although not as bad as it used to be, i get an invisible frame for a player in my raid frames from time to time. a reloadui fixes this.

    raid pets - something else that i had posted about a few months back.. will we ever see raid pets or vehicles similar to how party pets are managed? healers have been wanting to see raid pets for a long time so we can heal them since many classes' pets are a substantial portion of their dps. vehicles becomes more and more important with wotlk because blizzard loves to put people in little cars for boss encounters. the only thing i see now is that the player is in a vehicle.. but i have no idea what the vehicle's health is.

    consumable buffs - i recently trashed my ag config and started from scratch. one thing that i noticed is if i turn off buff filtering i see a storm of other people's buffs and if i turn buff filtering on i only see spells i can cast.. no consumable icons. is it possible in the future to add an option for auras to have the filtering of player buffs and consumable buffs different? for example i would not want to see consumables on my raid frames but i would on my target.

    i found the range check, it works great. glad to hear that you're aware of the dissapearing frame bug too.

    i didn't notice anyplace to change the text color based on class.. if anyone happens across it let me know please.

    decursive was locking me up on both beta and live until i figured out it was recount (i don't run with lua errors on normally). the most recent rc hasn't locked me up yet.

    i haven't tried the newest copy in an areana yet but i used to have an issue with debuffs not showing up until i moused over the unitframes in arenas. this only happened in arenas.

    i downgraded and it seems to be working, looking forward to an update.

    one other thing that i never reported before - when changing an item in a set, but you have the old item from that slot in your bag.. it always reequips that item when i try to modify the set (i have to redo the set with my bag open). i can't imagine this is intended functionality, right?

    i'm a long-time aguf user and i recently had to switch to the new version with 3.0. i have a few things i'd like to request:

    auf_rangecheck - as a raid healer i used this for a long time and found it to be an ESSENTIAL part of my setup. if i can't tell instantly if someone is too far away for heals or not i waste time trying to figure out who to heal. if anyone is taking feature requests, i think this would be a fantastic feature to implement

    raid pets - ag_unitframes has never had raid pet support. pitbull and grid both support raid pets but ag never has.. this is bothersome for any fights with aoe damage (kj, m'uru, etc) as hunter pets are a major part of their damage and forcing the hunter to heal them is a loss of dps.

    frames dissapearing - when dying or zoning out/in my raid or party frames dissapear. /console reloadui is required to bring them back. this is getting kind of annoying

    bar/text colors - with the old ag_unitframes i was able to change the text color by class. in the new version i only see the option to change bar color by class. any chance this could someday be implemented?

    thanks for the great addon, keep up the good work, and looking forward to future versions!

    thankyou so much, that's exactly what i wanted :)

    is it possible to do a stackable sort order? for example, "sort by class, then alphabetically" or "sort by group then class" - this would come in handy, but is less important than just getting the sort feature in there.

    i'm not trying to group by class.. i know how to do that. you filter by class under "group filter"

    what i'd like to do is have ag_unitframes actually *sort* my list.. alphabetically, by class, by group, etc. have you ever used perfectraid? that's a good example of this.

    right now i have 8 individual frames for a 40man raid, however what if i'm in a 20man? 10man? 25man in bc? it looks a little awkward. my proposal is to have a single group (1 actual movable group) that is sorted however i like (by group, by class, alphabetically) so no matter how many people are in my raid i can move that single raid around and it won't be in an awkward spot. the other benefit is it will be easily re-sortable at any time.

    i like ag_unitframes a lot more than perfectraid as far as the interface goes, but the sorting thing really needs to exist :\

    ah, you're right. they are much quicker now. that's great :)

    the other issues still exist though:
    * when you have someone in your party/raid who you haven't physically seen yet.. it just shows a question mark..
    * portraits aren't clickable while the rest of the frame is.

    bump - i'd still like to turn off the animated portraits so it instantly switches when i switch targets. animated portraits are slow as hell.

    is sorting raid frames by group & class still broken? i can't seem to find it anywhere.

    i'd love to have one big group with everyone in it, but sorted by group or class (depending on situation). i already have the group but it's not sorted in any way.

    i thought it might be something weird that another mod had set.. so i installed ag_unitframes on a copy of wow i had on another machine (no other mods had ever been installed) - out of the box with no config changes there are no raid frames.

    am i just an idiot or is there someplace secret that i have to enable these? :)

    i like the animated portraits that ag_unitframes uses but frequenely i get the little question mark when i'm far from the player, like in battlegrounds or whatnot. is there any way to switch this back to using the static image?

    also.. i noticed that portraits are not clickable.. for example, clicking a unit's bars will select the unit while clicking the unit's portrait will not select the unit. anyone know if there's a way to change this behavior (besides disabling the portrait or just not clicking it :)

    i've been using ag_unitframes ever since the 2.0 patch and i've seen lots of screenshots of people using the raid frames.. however no matter what i do i can't get anything beyond my party to show up. i have the default 8 groups plus party setup but no raid frames show.. any tips?
