    posted a message on Hagakure Cooldowns
    Hello there,

    this looks very promising and I will definitively try it out. :-)
    As the excellent Hermes has been discontinued it is good to have something else for tracking important raid cooldowns.

    Question: What do you think about adding Masque support for the spell icons? You already have a nice set of customization options but this would make it even more complete.

    Kind regards

    EDIT: I have tried out you add-on in LFR today and I am sorry to say that I needed to deactivate your add-on because of massive framerate drops. This was out of combat (during buffing before pull) and also in combat. :-(

    Good news: Archy 1.8.11 (just released) solved the Skinner issue for me. I can not find anything related in the patch notes. Perhaps it was just a library issue of some kind. :-)

    Hi Jncl,

    I have identified that Archy is the cause of my issue with Skinner. What now?

    Hi Jncl,

    I see. Before I step into the cruel add-on-by-addon-investigation, can you perhaps give me a direction of which kind of add-on might be able to prevent Skinner to work correctly?

    Hi Jncl,

    I have a strange issue:

    None of the blizzard frames are skinned any more! The add-on skins work perfectly. I do not receive any errors, the frames are just not skinned. Do you have any ideas?

    Kind regards

    posted a message on Raven: Auras, Cooldowns and Notifications
    Hi Tomber,

    I hope you are well. I am back with some feature request that I think would be nice additions to Raven.
    I am very exited about your opinion. :-)

    1. Fading in/out of bars and icons

    • What
    • I remember that you previously disliked the idea of so called ghost-bars that show an expired bar for an additional amount of time which I think is reasonable. However I would really love a small unobtrusive fade-in/out animation for new bars/icons and expiring ones.

    • How
    • The effects could done via alpha and/or size fading (both toggleable with a self-defined duration 0.1 to 1.0 second).

    • Why
    • This little enhancement would be nice for the eyes as fading in elements are more easily to be registered than ones that are instantly appearing (in my humble opinion).

    2. Animated moving of bars and icons between different groups

    • What
    • I have always loved that way how DBM moves bars from the default-bargroup to the expiring-bargroup with a nice animated transition (formulated with the Raven nomenclature :-)). Would this be possible in Raven too?

    • How
    • In the bar group you define a target group to move the bars/icons into. Furthermore an threshold (duration when a bar/icons is moved) and a blacklist/whitelist system would be helpful to define exceptions.

    • Why
    • This can be very helpful with rather long buffs/debuffs that are going the be very important during their last seconds. The Searing Seeds in the Majordomo encounter are a good example.

    3. Indication of missing and present buffs/debuffs

    • What
    • Since Raven is all about buffs and debuffs I am missing in feature to display missing buffs and debuff categories (+10% Attack Power, +5% Stats, -12% Armor, etc.).

    • How
    • Each buff/debuff category could be represented by a single group. I will further explain my idea using the 10% AP buff. So you create a new manual bar group named '10 percent AP'. Now you can add all buff names or IDs which provide this effect: Hunter's Trueshot Aura, Paladin's Blessing of Might, Shaman's Unleashed Rage, Death Knight's Abomination's Might. One of these should be defined as default so you have an icon for the bar group.
      If one of these buffs is present, its icon is shown in the bar group. When none of this is present, the default icon is display either greyed out tinted red, whatever is possible :-)
    • Why
    • Especially in 10 man raids each buff and debuff matters. With this enhancement Raven will be THE complete suite when it is about buffs and debuffs.

    Thank you for reading and keep up the fantastic work with Raven!

    Kind regards
    X-buZZ

    Hi Jncl,

    posted a message on Masque - Official Thread
    Hi StormFx,

    thank you for the major upgrade!
    I took the chance and started to build my own Masque skin.
    So far everything is working fine but I am not able to modify the text properties of the count-layer.
    This is what it looks like:

    Count = {
    		Width = 20,
    		Height = 40,
    		Font = [[Fonts\ARIALN.ttf]],
    		FontSize = 17,
    		JustifyH = "RIGHT",
    		JustifyV = "BOTTOM",
    		OffsetX = 1,
    		OffsetY = 1,
    	},

    No matter what FontSize I am trying, it does not change at all. Can you please point me to what is wrong?

    Keep up the great work!

    Regards,
    X-buZZ

    EDIT: Okay, now I feel really stupid. I missed the checkbox to enable 'Font settings' in the Masque global options ... ;-)

    I like this addon very much, great work!

    However, on a german client, the space for the colun labels is to small so the labels overlap so that they are not recognizable any more. The issue here is that the german terms are longer than the english ones (eg. Hit = Trefferwertung).

    Hi Jncl,

    you are right Improved Stable Frame is skinned fine, sorry for the confusion.
    However i have a new little request:

    xMerchant is discontinued but there is a new updated version xMerchant Continued which just need the scollbar to be fixed. The rest of the skin is fine. Can you please take a look at this?

    Best regards

    Hello Tomber,

    I just came by to say THANK YOU for all the great work you are doing with Raven for so long.
    Thanks for implementing my feature request for the bar/group border and background options. It looks and works great, as usual ;-)

    I have also a little question as I have read your last reply regarding important buffs.
    I am also using a bar group just for important buffs (large icons at the center of the screen) but I am using a manual bar group for it.

    Which way is better in terms of perfomance as you know the code best?

    A) using a manual bar group for important buffs
    or
    B) using a buff group with whitlisting?

    Keep up the great work!

    @X-buZZ, still can't replicate the problem, all frames are skinned for me. I still think it's an Addon conflict.

    So i guess that this issue is related to RaidWatch2, Skinner and an additional addon in combination. The stranges thing is that there is no lua error generated (bugsack) and all addon skins are working and many blizzard frames are NOT skinned. As soon as i turn off RaidWatch2 everything is fine again.

    Is there any way i can troubleshoot this? Perhaps deleting some of the included libraries in RaidWatch2?

    Is there anybody out there who has Skinner running along with RaidWatch2 without issue?

    Best regards

    @Greevir/X-buZZ, I don't get any issues with skinning or otherwise when RaidWatch2 is loaded, you may have a conflict with another addon.

    Hi Jncl,

    i took a look at all frames when RaidWatch2 is loaded. Everything is skinned besides of the guild frames (guild news, list of members, etc.) and the inspect frames. I hope this helps.

    EDIT: It's also the trainer frame
