    posted a message on Scorchio! 2 - Official Thread
    Is anyone else using the Proc Sound alert option with Missile Barrage and noticing that after the WoW 3.3.3 patch that it plays the Proc Sound when Missile Barrage procs, when you cast the spell and when the proc expires (ie. you don't cast it), regardless of the settings for Warning Sound and Expired Sound? I have Warning and Expired both set to none, but it keeps playing my Proc Sound whenever I cast Missile Barrage, or if I let the proc run out without casting. I wonder if Blizzard changed the message such that Scorchio!2 thinks it is a proc for all 3 events (proc, cast, expire). I am using version r67 of Scorchio!2.

    Do you have the latest version, which is 51028? All the dependencies and whatnot should be working for this version.

    I too am experiencing the same problem, and I just downloaded AckisRecipeList-r51028.1.zip a few minutes ago from the files.wowace.com site.

    The attached jpg is a screen shot of the zip file contents.

    Would it be possible to add support for TrapBar by Happy_Warbird (found on the files.wowace.com website)?

    I tried taking a copy of AspectsBar.lua and using as a template, but it didn't work. Thanks.

    posted a message on frame names in ag_UnitFrames
    Would someone tell me what the player, target, and party member frames are called in ag_UnitFrames? I want to add support for them to another mod, which currently has the following:

    ["Default"] = {

    ["CasterPlayerBar"] = "PlayerFrame";
    ["CasterTargetBar"] = "TargetFrame";
    ["CasterPartyBar1"] = "PartyMemberFrame1";
    ["CasterPartyBar2"] = "PartyMemberFrame2";
    ["CasterPartyBar3"] = "PartyMemberFrame3";
    ["CasterPartyBar4"] = "PartyMemberFrame4"
    };

    ["Perl"] = {

    ["CasterPlayerBar"] = "Perl_Player_Frame";
    ["CasterTargetBar"] = "Perl_Target_Frame";
    ["CasterPartyBar1"] = "Perl_Party_MemberFrame1";
    ["CasterPartyBar2"] = "Perl_Party_MemberFrame2";
    ["CasterPartyBar3"] = "Perl_Party_MemberFrame3";
    ["CasterPartyBar4"] = "Perl_Party_MemberFrame4"
    };

    ["Discord"] = {

    ["CasterPlayerBar"] = "DUF_PlayerFrame";
    ["CasterTargetBar"] = "DUF_TargetFrame";
    ["CasterPartyBar1"] = "DUF_PartyFrame1";
    ["CasterPartyBar2"] = "DUF_PartyFrame2";
    ["CasterPartyBar3"] = "DUF_PartyFrame3";
    ["CasterPartyBar4"] = "DUF_PartyFrame4"
    };

    };

    posted a message on sRaidFrames: Alternative CTRA raid frames
    I want it to show the frames when I am in a regular party, but if that means also showing while solo that is fine. As I mentioned in a previous post, I use a click-healing mod that works very well with sRaidFrames for me, so I would prefer to have sRaidFrame show my group when I am in a regular 5-man non-raid party (whether I have 2 members in the party or up to a full party), so I can use the same healing mod on the sRaidFrame. I have tried using the healing mod with the Blizzard default party frame, but when you mouse-over a member, a pop-up window appears showing buffs/debuffs that plays havoc with my click-healing. Also, the Blizzard frames will move as needed for pets, including temporary ones (such as the mage water elemental) or when one dies. This shifting of the player frames while I am trying to click on them to heal also plays havoc with my abilities. Therefore, I would like to use sRaidFrames like a "player frame" mod (ie. X-Perl, AG UnitFrames, etc.) by just enabling it to show my group when I am in a regular party, as well as its normal method of showing raid frames.

    Thus I have been trying to "trick" sRaidFrames into either always thinking that I am in a raid, or to somehow ignore the check for my raid status and just show the frames all the time. I'm not expecting the author to change his mod just for this (although such an option would be greatly appreciated!), so I have been trying to figure out where in the lua file this might be controlled and see if I can modify it myself, but I'm not having much luck. I'm not proficient in lua, so I'm rather limited in what I can decipher in the code. I am trying to make use of the mods I already have (Clique and sRaidFrames) without have to use additional mods to achieve the same thing.

    posted a message on sRaidFrames: Alternative CTRA raid frames
    My changes to that section are not modifying the behavior of this mod, so it seems that the determination of my raid status occurs elsewhere.

    I have tried-
    ---
    function sRaidFrames:UpdateRoster()
    local inRaid = UnitInRaid("player")

    if not inRaid and self.enabled then
    self:EnableFrames()
    end

    if inRaid and not self.enabled then
    self:EnableFrames()
    end
    end
    ----

    and....
    ----
    function sRaidFrames:UpdateRoster()
    self:EnableFrames()
    end
    ----

    and even....
    ----
    function sRaidFrames:UpdateRoster()
    local inRaid = UnitInRaid("player")
    local inGroup = GetNumPartyMembers()

    if not inRaid and (inGroup = 0) and self.enabled then
    self:DisableFrames()
    end
    if not inRaid and (inGroup > 0) then
    self:EnableFrames()
    end
    if inRaid and not self.enabled then
    self:EnableFrames()
    end
    end
    ----

    Regardless of these changes, the sRaidFrames player frames do not appear unless I am actually in a raid. I would think that I could override this within the code so that the player frames always appear, whether I am in a group or in a raid. I am wondering if there is another place in the lua code I am overlooking that controls this or factors into the determination of when to show the frames and when not to.

    Does sRaidFrames check my character to determine if I am in a raid or not (and thus decide whether to show frames or not), or does oRA2 perform this and passes the info to sRaidFrames?

    Is this code from the sRaidFrames.lua file the only code that determines if you are in a raid or not, or is there additional code that comes into play?

    function sRaidFrames:UpdateRoster()
    local inRaid = UnitInRaid("player")

    if not inRaid and self.enabled then
    self:DisableFrames()
    end

    if inRaid and not self.enabled then
    self:EnableFrames()
    end
    end

    Does sRaidFrames have an option to show frames when you are in a regular non-raid group (ie. show group1 when in a party)? I use a click-healing mod with sRaidFrames while raiding, and would prefer to use those frames in similar fashion while in a group running 5-man instances.

    posted a message on PlayerMenu (orig: AcePlayerMenu)
    Was the /who command removed from PlayerMenu for a reason? It no longer appears on versions after PlayerMenu-r42455. This is the command I use the most from this mod, so I keep reverting back to an older version to get it back.
