Okay - turns out the file should never have been approved because Enchantrix-Barker has "enchantrix-barker.toc" which will never load in WoW. Since it WAS approved, however, it wasn't marked as client-compatible so it will never be seen by the client. You should give that file the correct name and re-upload, and all should be well.
The message you should have received, with a rejected file, is:
Archive is missing Enchantrix-Barker/Enchantrix-Barker.toc (name is case sensitive and must not be empty)
Haha, really? That must be a recent change, since that filename hasn't been changed since it was first introduced back in...2007.
Obviously I don't know for sure, but something seems broken with the download counts (or with the updater). I put up a new release 2 days ago, and in 2 days the dev portal tells me it's been downloaded 1515 times. Curseforge says 1758 times.
I know that things change, and wow subscriber counts are down, but this seems like an order or magnitude, or even two, too low. Traditionally I would expect much high download counts, maybe 30-50k by now.
To provide rough context, back in October I released a Beta (not Release) version that was available for less than a day, and it was downloaded 4000 times. Curse reports that over 34k people have marked the addon as a favorite.
Anyway, like I said I don't know for sure what might be happening, and by far the most likely explanation is that everything is actually working fine, but... something smells fishy, so I just wanted to point it out in case you guys wanted to take a look.
