I updated all of my addons, as I do almost daily, and several addons updated from the retail version to the classic version. These addons are no longer working in game and are giving me an error message indicating that they are the classic version.
These addons were updated directly in the twitch app under the Retail heading. They now list 1.13.2 as the Game Version, while others in the same list indicate 8.2.5.

Addons affected: OmniCC, VuhDo, TSM, Quartz, WeakAuras2, Deadly Boss Mods (DBM), Prat 3.0, Clique.
