Hello, I wanted to make a quick post about an addon I've recently completed enough for everyone to use!
Curse page: http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/wonder-booze.aspx
So me and a few friends have a bunch of drinking games for all sorts of activities, and one of us decided to start making rules for a WoW drinking game we could play. After a few runs we thought the game was great, but sometimes it was a little hard to remember when to drink! So after joking around about making an addon to keep track and tell us when to drink we started work on it. This is the result.
Have fun, and drink responsibly (I recomend Kool-Aid!)
The rules for the drinking game are mostly centered around leveling up (for alts, or WOTLK) and pvp in battlegrounds. I don't raid so there's no specific rules for raiding right now (and probably won't be until level 80 instances) but I'd love to hear what raiders would like to see for new rules.
Anyway, check out the curse page for more information and some screenshots. Feel free to leave feedback here or on the curse page.

Oct 13, 2008I'm using AceConfig to add my options to the blizzard options frame, which is really awesome and easy to do once I looked at another addon that did the same thing.Posted in: Ace3
There seem to be some advanced things I can't figure out mostly with formatting how things are listed/placed in the window. I've messed with the order variables but I want to put for example two Toggles on one line like:
[ ] Something [ ] Something else
At first I tried setting the order to the same value for both, but that didn't do what I expected. Also I want to indent some options like:
[ ] something
[ ] something else
[ ] something elseAny hints would be greatly appreciated!
Oct 3, 2008Looks like I got it, I figured the order was based on the TOC file but I had to completely restart WoW for the change to take effect. You saying the TOC was responsible made me try it out for sure though. Thanks!!Posted in: Lua Code Discussion
Oct 3, 2008So I have some functions I want to split up into multiple lua files like I see most addons do, but I've had nothing put problems when trying to put addons in a new file.Posted in: Lua Code Discussion
This function is in my core.lua file:
I want to put the NewFrame() function in my other lua file, in the toc I added frame.lua, ect. and put in:
if self.frame==nil then
If I put the NewFrame() function in my core.lua file everything works fine, in the new lua I get the error: attempt to call field 'NewFrame' (a nil value)
