    Something happening with a lot of my guild mates...

    If I reset my data, but a pet class who's running recount does not (usually a hunter or shaman) after my reset they sync their damage, and their pets damage.

    So everyone is at 0, but then the hunter or shaman in question pops up with all their damage done since THEY last reset (and their pet, be it hunter pet, or totems). Seemed like sometimes it'd be one of them, sometimes the other, and sometimes both... dunno why ^^

    I've never had a non-pet class have it happen.

    Another error I forgot to mention... sometimes people sync in a large amount of damage for themselves, but their meter looks normal.

    Like... if I delete my data, all the sudden I'll have PlayerA show up after a sync with a ton of damage done... but he doesn't sync the rest of his data, just his large amount of damage. On his screen, his data looks normal.

    Doesn't happen all the time... just randomly someone will spike up =p

    After like 10 hours of raiding tonight... here's my feedback:

    No option to turn off sync. Would be nice since it's acting a bit funky and people syncing in crazy data was not fun.

    Sometimes, it refused to leave 'current fight'. I would select a different fight, and within 1-5 seconds it would revert to current fight... this continued for a few hours until...

    Everything turned into current fight. Didn't differentiate between fights anymore. Resetting data didn't help.

    Couldn't turn off sync, so dunno how much craziness it was causing.

    Oh, and the death window only showed pets. No players. That made me sad.

    I appreciate all your work though!

    Another thought, could be when you release while the fight is still going on (as in, not everyone has wiped yet)? Might explain why it works when you're alone.

    When we raided sunwell tonight, the first two trash pulls were there... and then the rest only showed up in current fight. We wiped left and right learning the new trash, so... not sure if it was related to dieing or not that caused it to stop noticing I was done fighting.

    On boss attempts I had to clear the data every attempt.

    I don't think I ever tried reloading the ui to see if that fixed it... but clearing the data didn't.

    On PTR latest build, it doesn't seem to be able to tell apart the fights... all the fights are under current fight.

    latest version on 2.4, unknown event: SPELL_CREATE I _think_ when a mage made a table, but it also goes off a few times durring combat... not sure what else is triggering it.

    Also Recount reported the following into chat:

    Recount: Mob3! Fire Fiend

    Fire Fiend was the name of a summoned mob by another mob. Dunno if that's helpful or not without the combat log but meh, thought I'd mention =p

    Getting a lot of errors on the PTR while raiding. I cleared the recount.lua files out of my wtf folders before starting, as well.

    Wow, that magnifying glass shall give me so much more to do during wipe recovery now.

    Is Melee auto attacks (white damage) and Physical special melee attacks (yellow damage)?

    Oh and I just noticed one feral tank showed up as Friendly Fire only and the other as Damage Done.

    Using whatever version was on the branch about 7 hours go, I had a few issues:

    Hunter pets didn't want to merge with their owners (toggled it a few times, no luck)

    The fury warrior we had with us had all his damage show up as friendly fire. The tanks had some of their damage show up as friendly fire, but not all. The fury warrior didn't show up on the damage done chart at all. He has an odd character (alt whatever) in his name, while no one else does, not sure if that would have any effect but it's all I noticed different about him.

    Sorry the data got trashed before I went to bed... should raid again tommarow or the next day (when the 4th boss is about to open) so I'll update you again with any debug messages or odd behavior then.
