I'm well aware of that, but simply by adding aspects of realism to a game isn't making a joke of it. I assume the intent is meant to be similar to the food mods that punish you for eating too much of the same items
I know there's a lot of mods that currently allow for varying degrees of editing villages (Quark and BWM come to mind), but I'd like to see one that gives the most customization, in one place.
Smarter spawning- effort to remove villages that spawn on the edges of cliff biomes, water edges
Compatible with mods that add buildings/villagers (like being able to customize the layout of the buildings)
Altering the trade tables for villagers/compatible with the mod that does this
Modification of current spawning:
1. Location- within specific biomes, distance from other villages 2. Size- number of buildings, initial villagers, area of layout 3. Layout- a more natural layout for the village (rather than having paths crossing over each other, or buildings spawning immediately adjacent to each other
4. Altered spawn rates per certain chunk radius- 0 for not spawning at all, to 100, spawning at maximum rate, with consideration of values selected in #1
Addition of: 5. Alternate religious buildings- chapel, church, cathedral, temple [greek/roman], mosque, synagogue, Heathen hof, Buddhist temple 6. Buildings- (haven't figured out what types of buildings yet) 7. All houses have a bed (if it's a business or community building, it wouldn't have a bed)
Varying sizes- Isolated Dwelling, Hamlet, Village, Town, Large Town, City [With potential for Large City and Metropolis]
Isolated Dwelling- one or two small huts with a fire pit in the middle Hamlet- one or two small buildings, farm shack and farms Village- 5-6 buildings, at least one or two buildings with special villagers- butcher shop, farm shack and farms Town- 8-10 buildings, at least 3 buildings with special villagers- a religious building, butcher shop, farm shack and farms Large Town- 11-13 buildings, at least 4 buildings with special villagers- a religious building, a library, butcher shop, farm shack and farms City- 15-16 buildings, at least 6 buildings with special villagers, a religious building, a library, blacksmith, butcher shop, farm shack and farms
