My only complaint about oSkin and now Skinner is that the mod is trying to skin every other mod on the face of the planet without making it modular.  Hell, the only thing I really use is the top and bottomframe :P

Indeed.. I'm still using a very old bottom frame that someone made when oSkin first appeared.  Tried the full package and hated it :(

Hope it gets back to basics..

Is there anyway you could zip that up somewhere so i could download it, im having problems backtracking it on the svn to find a old enough version.

How about 2 versions of skinner. 1 version is just the bottom and top frames with options for fadeheight and gradients, and the other version is for people who want to skin everything?

Option to turn off the EavesDrop skinning?

    I second this request :)

    Hi,

      Skinned AuctionFilterPlus & FilterTradeSkill
Added ability to ignore Addons from being skinned using Static Popups, /Skinner addlist or /Skinner dellist, use /Skinner showlist to see which Addons are being ignored.

      r 16203

How are we supposed to know which addons to add to this list? <_<

Request: Global fadeheight. I'd love to have something to set the fadeheight of all windows instead of just the bottom/top frames.

    Thanks in advance,

One thing I've not been able to find (and if I missed it somewhere in the 17 pages of posts, forgive me and point me to the answer please, it's late and I skimmed through them all looking for this) is how to enable 3D Target images under the HUD, similar to ArcHUD2 and other HUDs.  Is there a way to do this?  Or is this something that's not supported with IceHUD?  If it's not in there now, is this something that can be added, or is it something that there's no plan or desire to add?

Nope, no way to do that in Icehud.

That prevents thar bar from moving, not the buttons.

Go into interface options and lock the action bar and see if you can move your buttons... It's even a tip on the loading screens for crying out loud.

He said buttons, which can only be locked via the Fubar Plugin.

No, just lock the action bar in the interface options, that'll prevent you from accidentally moving buttons.

I've been using WinAceUpdater and I had this problem today with the hook messing up my addons. I downloaded the Ace2 libraries and it works fine for now, but something is totally borked.

I'm having a weird issue in that certain things aren't being skinned when opening them.  For example, I logged in and checked the mail box and it was the default blizzard skin.  While browsing, the oSkin for the AH just suddenly 'popped' and skinned the AH.  It's done that with the mailbox too.

    Hi Anolin,

Thatis the new behaviour as I added delays in skinning to see if it would fix the problem certain people were reporting, the delays are on by default but you can turn them off using the /oskin metro options, sorry if it is causing a problem :(

I'll change the defaults to 0 in the next release unless people don't want me too. :)

You don't need to change the defaults :) Having the option to fix it is good enough for me.

One other question: Do you plan on making this modular? I've seen a lot of addons in this forum skinned that I don't use, hence the question.

Thanks in advance and keep up the great work!
