    posted a message on Buffalo2
    I've just starting using this mod so please forgive me if my issue has been covered in the previous 12 pages. Anyways, the only problem I'm having is that when a buff is leaving it will flash - but it's a lot slower than the default Blizzard flashing. It's almost like the frames per second is halved. I've looked through the config for any kind of animation speed or what not with no luck.

    Any ideas on this?

    Awesome HUD! With a few more options that have been mentioned here, I would ditch IceHud (RIP) for this :)

    I posted a request feature in a site with the PitBull project, just gotta wait until Ck sees it and hopefully makes it for a future version.

    I'm crossing my fingers!

    Uh, this topic is a year old O_O

    Your best bet is to use Align for all your positioning needs.

    Using it now, thanks!

    I use this to center the 1, 2 and bonus (i.e. shapeshift) bar to botom center of the screen:

    (You could combine these into one macro if you use supermacro if you wanted too)

    Macro 1 (will place 1 and bonus bar in same place):

    /script Bar1:ClearAllPoints()
    /script Bar1:SetPoint("BOTTOM", UIParent, "BOTTOM", 0, -5)
    /script Bartender:SavePosition(Bar1)
    /script Bar10:ClearAllPoints()
    /script Bar10:SetPoint("BOTTOM", UIParent, "BOTTOM", 0, -5)
    /script Bartender:SavePosition(Bar10)

    Macro 2 (sets bar 2 on top of bar1)

    /script Bar2:ClearAllPoints()
    /script Bar2:SetPoint("BOTTOM", Bar1, "TOP", 0, -5)
    /script Bartender:SavePosition(Bar2)

    Is there a new script to do this? I reinstalled Bartender 3 and this script to center the bars no longer works :(

    I would also like this feature! I just got rid of Icehud *cry* and one of the things I loved about a HUD was that the frames would remain visible until you reached 100% health/mana and then would completely disappear from the screen. I would like to see either a mouse over and/or health/mana not full feature like a HUD added to the Combat Fading of Pitbull.

    If this mod is frozen, how come I'm getting new versions with the Ace Updater? Is it because of the externals?

    That and someone PLEASE take over this mod! I've been using Icehud forever and I've tried all the others but this is the best by far!

    I'd like to request a mod or perhaps knowledge of a mod that hides/removes the stance bars (warrior, rogue, druid, etc). That's all the functionality I'm looking for :)

    Hi,

      Removed AOElements.lua, created AddonFrames directory holding all skinned Addons as individual files and SkinMe directory which is referenced in the TOC
      Added none as an option for Character Frames, UI Elements and NPC frames, it stops them all from being skinned

      r 16525 - version 1.3

      N.B. TOC changed, so logout and back in again please

      These changes now allow selection of Addons as required, put the ones to be skinned in the SkinMe subdirectory and leave the rest where they are, only the Addons in the SkinMe directory are referenced in the TOC. This means that the TOC doesn't have to be modified or any of the lua code files :)

      The previous method using Popups has been removed.

      I am working on adding MiddleFrame(s) which will allow frame positioning, colours and borders will be the same as existing frames. :)

    Brilliant!

    Yes, I already have.  But that doesn't change all the code I'm loading up that's not being used...

    Fair point. Didn't think of that. Perhaps oskin could be split up into a more modular design (perhaps using multiple folders; top/bottom frame, core skins, addon skins).

    That would be the ideal solution :)

    no offense or anything, but Skinner is actually already very modular.  if you understand almost anything about the way Skinner works, you can very easily go into the code and only skin what you want skinned and remove everything else.  i have done this and it all works wonderfully and yes it uses a lot less memory than the full version of Skinner.  Props to JNCL (i hope thats right) and Haste, the code is wonderfully commented and if you take 5 minutes you will understand most of what its doing.

    No offense, but "going into the code" may or may not be easy depending on the person involved. Don't you think deleting modules from a module folder would be much better and safer for the average user?

    How about 2 versions of skinner.  1 version is just the bottom and top frames with options for fadeheight and gradients, and the other version is for people who want to skin everything?

    ~Anolin

    Can't you just disable every skin? they all seem to have on/off options attached to each frame....
