My request is for a communication protocol to be added into the estimated heals info that pitbull shows. Essencially allowing me to cast a heal and for another client to be able to see that heal incoming on their unit frames.

If this was added, having it be well documented would be nice so that other devs of other mods might be able to add functionality for their mod to recieve/transmit that information.

Isn't this what IncomingHealsLib is doing? CastComm from Grid does similar things, but with less information. I saw in another thread something about a HealsCommLib but I don't know details.
Anyways, I switched from Grid to Pitbull and as I missed the feature that GridStatusHeals provided I am hacking myself a module together that uses CastComm and LogParsing (Just like GridStatusHeals). But it only indicates who is healed and not for how much.

Well what one could do is to replace the colorHealthbar function of PitBull_Banzai by another function that pops up a child frame with a texture-icon to indicate aggro.

I actually want to change from grid to Pitbull-RaidFrames to have all in one Addon but I definately need the GridStatusHeals Module.
I am currently looking into that issue and almost converted it to pitbull using an appearing child frame.

What Class are you playing and what level are you?

I started a priest a couple of days ago and RangeChecking didn't work. That was the case afaik as the module uses Flashheal to determine the Range -- a lvl 1 Priest doesn't have Flashheal yet ;-)

    Hi,

I looked thru the forum and tried out a litte bit in game but couldn't really get want I want:

Is there a module or separate addon that produces an indicator on the raidframes of people on who is being cast a heal spell from someone in the raid currently? Grid does have this feature: The little green corner indicator in standard setup.

I have tried out "incomingheals" but this didn't do anything besides showing that little graph. Is it possible to misconfigure it?

I have also tried "estimatedHeals" from pitbull, which nicely works with my spells but will this also work on other people spells? Also is there a way to change the looks to something more minimalistic?

Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help me out and thanks to the authors for the nice addon!

    Cheers Achaz

posted a message on Looking for an Addon altering the Loot Roll Frames
    Hi,

since using Barmods I am always bothered by the Loot Roll Frames when playing in a group w/o Lootmaster.
They always pop-up over my actionbuttons and I need to play with the keyboard - which is annoying when you are basically chilling - or have to decide quite quickly if I roll greed/need or pass.

    I found the addon:
    http://wow.curse-gaming.com/en/files/details/2185/compact-loot-frames/
at curse, so you might now know what I am looking for.
Is there an Ace2 mod that can help me out?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

the german localization for the BWL: Chromaggus Event is not complete.
The translation/regular expression for the "vulnerability_test" does not work.

    Right now the line reads:
    vulnerability_test = "^[^%s]+ .* trifft Chromaggus(.+)f\195\188r ([%d]+) ([%w ]+)'schaden%..*", -- ?

But I believed so far that %s in regex means "space(s)".
But besides this I don't know the difference between () or [] and [%w ] or [%w] and [%w'] and [%w]. So I couldn't really fix the issue on my own. Does anyone know a good detaild webpage about regex?

    Furthermore:
With the german client the battlelog messages for crit/normal are imo somewhat too different to actually just use one regex.

I can supply you with the 4 german messages that pop up for crit/noncrit by myself/someone else but I couldn't figure out the correct notation of the regex:
I will denote Variables by <...>, where ... mean what it is

    Non-Crit by myself:
    "<Spell> trifft Chromaggus. Schaden: <Damage> <School>"
    Crit by myself:
    "<Spell> trifft Chromaggus kritisch: <Damage> <School>schaden"
    Non-Crit by myself:
    "<Name>s <Spell> trifft Chromaggus für <Damage> <School>schaden"
    Crit by myself:
    "<Names>s <Spell> trifft Chromaggus kritisch für <Damage> <School>schaden"

So I believe one has to do more if clauses for the german client than the english one. Btw I haven't replaced ü with \195\188 yet.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could fix this, or give me a hand with the regex so that I can figure it out myself (how can I test changes I made? Is it possible to run BW outside a raid?)

    Best wishes

    Hi,

I would be willing to do the translation for the next release.
But in order to use the addon I already translated most parts for this release :-) So if anyone hasn't done it himself yet, just PN or mail me.

would it be possible to include an option to trade more than one stack of water (actually I need two) and that the accept button is automaticcaly checked^^ Then I could go afk, till the raid starts ;-)

    Would be great!

    Hi,

I just browsed over a few pages of the thread and didn't find anything like my question, so please forgive me if it was already answered before and I couldn't find it :-)

I am playing an pally and I want to turn of the parts of the messages where it says what spell I healed myself with, for example.
So I just want to have the numbers popping up. Couldn't find any option in the menu. Is there an option or way to do this?

    Many Thanks

    Hmm, ok,
if he insists on that baby-blue mana, could you give me a hint where in the code I can change it locally?
I like the frames a lot and don't wanna change because of such a small difference in taste of colors ;-)

    Hi,

using Revision 12540 the color of the mana bars changed from nice dark blue to a distracting light blue. Couldn't find an option to change that. Is it a bug or a feature?

    Hello,

could you add "--(*)--" (don't know exact syntax) to the bossblocking as some hunter mod spams such messages when they use the tranq shot. As a Mage I would like to get rid of that Information :-)

    Thanks

    Hi there,

I believe oRA2 picksup messages from /rs and displays them over /rw, is that correct? Well, in oRA1 there was an option to block boss mods, which I can't find now. And as the BigWigs Boss Block does not filter anything coming from oRA/oRA2 (read this in the BigWigs-Thread), I would like to have a Boss Block feature in oRA2, as the CTRA-Spam is really disturbing and I have to disable my /rw completely using ImprovedRWF during certain fights.
