Any time your auras/buffs change, it checks to see if Righteous Fury is up. If so, nothing happens. If not, you should get a button/dialog box you can click to cast it or cancel to ignore.
All I'm wanting to test is if I've got my Locales working right so that it functions like the EN-US client. I already have a full to-do list, but none of it is as important to me yet as getting Locales working.
Thanks in advance, or if this is the wrong place to ask for this kind of help, point me in the right direction.
I did try that, but I'm clearly just not understanding something about how it works and the terminology.
In my .TOC file, I have 3 localization .LUA files, then my main .LUA file, then a "library" type .LUA file.
In my main .LUA file, I've tried putting the EnableDebugging and Debug() at the top, just after the AceAddon new() call, just before my first L[""] call, just after the first L[""] call.
I've also tried putting my Localization files AFTER the main .LUA file in the .TOC, but that blows up because the main one is looking for the L[""] which doesn't exist yet.
I'll keep trying, because I'm sure I'm just not "getting" it, but hopefully someone with a DE or FR client will try it out before I lose all my hair. :)
Thanks for the link.
So, I cobbled together a mod, and the first request was for localisation.
I don't know of a way to test it, other than to see that adding localised strings didn't break my enUS client.
The mod is Righteous Reminder at http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/fileinfo.php?id=7054
and if anyone that has a Paladin that has Righteous Fury AND is using either German of French client had time to take a look, that'd be grand.
Even better, if there's a good/simple method for testing localisation, I'd love to hear it. Thanks!
Resolved: This is an incompatibility with PhanxChat.
----------------------------------------------------
Any time anyone links an item(guildmate in /g, self in /g, self in /say, etc) in chat, the name of the item is replaced with the player's name, in class color. The name is still clickable, and still pulls up the right popup/tooltip thingy, but I can't know what I'm clicking on until I click it.
I'm using whatever Prat version was on the AceUpdater at about 11am today(Saturday).
(Just ran AceUpdater: Prat - Already at rev 27684 - Skipping)
If a screenshot would help, or if this is more likely to get help elsewhere, say the word.

Thanks,

Now if I could figure out why my mod disappeared from WoWI....
Thanks again!
