i have just recently started to notice this but every now and then the buff icon dosn't match the buff it is supposed to represent if i have spirit and int buff the icons might be switched and so on
I noticed that too, with dread. It seems to be connected to short-time buffs, but I'm not sure yet.

I have found this addon yesterday and was immediately impressed, only to find out today that target container doesn't include buffs.
Silly me. I use my own containers and never really noticed that the standard ones don't show the target's buffs. Update and you'll have one. The container from post #90 didn't work because it was for an outdated version of Buffalo2.
Oct 22, 2007I think I have fixed it. It only occured when a unit had more than 32 buffs (or debuffs), so that would explain why it only happened in raids and only for some people sometimes. So go do some test raids and let me know if it's gone.Posted in: General AddOns
Oct 20, 2007Sadly, AceLocale is not a dictionary. Look into the file Buffalo2-enUS.lua and you will see that every word or sentence that is used in Buffalo2 is the key of a Lua table. AceLocale just automates the choice of the table by the client's language (i.e. for a german client, the table in Buffalo2-deDE.lua is used).Posted in: General AddOns
Oct 20, 2007You'd have to add each translation you use to at least enUS. But, no, you don't have to use AceLocale in the container definitions. Unless your container description is not a Shakespeare, I think most people will understand English just fine.Posted in: General AddOns

i had the newest version and was using enGB client when receiving this bug.
now i get this one:
[2007/10/20 16:53:26-319-x1]: Buffalo2\Buffalo2.lua:213: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value)
<in C code>: ?
AceEvent-2.0-49307 (Ace2):303: in function `TriggerEvent'
AceEvent-2.0-49307 (Ace2):962: in function <Interface\AddOns\Ace2\AceEvent-2.0\AceEvent-2.0.lua:955>
If you don't get the error now, you didn't have the newest version. Anyway, what did you do when this new error appeared? Logging in? Changing targets? Being buffed? If I don't know how to produce the error myself, there's a very slim chance I will be able to fix it.
Oct 18, 2007So I have been to the moths in Terrokar, I've let myself poisoned by rogues, cursed by warlocks, I even killed myself twice to resurrect with and without resurrection sickness. No "line 74" error. I have inserted assertions at this point so the error message should be a little bit more informative. Please update and notify me of the outcome.Posted in: General AddOns
@ lock: If it's not in with the next revision I upload, hit me. But not too hard, please.

got the error too.
just fly to the moth' near shatt, there you get a debuff ^^
Great idea, thanks.
I hope Dreamlayout looks alright now. As I said, I don't use it, so I have no idea how the borders are looking for debuffs.

Bloodboil - A damage over time (DoT) which ticks for 600 damage every 1 second, for 24 seconds.
Fel Acid - Nature debuff applied in a wide cone in front of the boss, with a moderate range of about 10 yards. Deals roughly 8000 nature damage over 10 seconds. Resistable. Used in both phases.
Not sure, since i did not have verry much time to quick react to Bugsack sound :)
And i use Dreamlayout ones :)
I think was bloodboil usually we don`t get hit by Fel acid ( ranged )
Could you let me know whether the error occurs again when you fight the boss next time?
