    It still does what its supposed to afaik, just poping it.

    Sorry for the thread necromancy but did this discussion lead to any code? I decided to get rid of fubar and I found more or less exact replacements for everything but not for Fubar_VolumeFu. Nothing remotely similar, I was really suprised because it is such a basic function.

    Is it that complicated to port these functionality to LDB? Does anybody know any Broker display that controls not just general volume but sound, music, etc seperately?

    I use http://www.wowace.com/addons/volumizer/ and it seems to be doing the trcik, even has profiles you can set up for various activities.

    Well, that's an easy one: it says that the AceLocale-2.2 library was not loaded when your code ran. The errors that follow are all connected to that one; either add back AceLocale-2.2, or change the localization to use AceLocale-3.0 or a non-library localization technique, and all of the errors should go away.

    Well isn't EBB supposed to be Ace3 nowdays? (Pretty sure i read somewhere that it is Ace3)

    Then it shouldn't be breaking when i disable Ace2 should it?

    Edit: Pulling the lib version its seems its somewhere in between, using a mix of 2/3 stuff. :(

    I'm using the latest Baggins release from 5 days ago. The "Ace3 port" one says it was last updated in September, unless the search function is incorrect.

    You are looking at the wrong ace3 baggins (guessing you were looking at elsia's, not the repo on the original), there is an ace3 repo under the normal baggins.

    Is it a specific buff you're having trouble with? The only things mentioned so far that aren't working are rogue poisons... Have you tried using the new buttons to dismount?

    EDIT: Just read, you mentioned mounts not working either. Try completely removing and reinstalling the addon?

    It works if i tear my SV's out so i guess something in my settings breaks it

    bah, guess i have to re setup all f it :(,

    Edit: Found what causes it to bugg out.

    If you use "Override Settings" to edit the display name of a buff (i do that with long names to make the faster to "read" and to make them fit the width of the bar) the buff can nolonger be canceled using the button.

    May i hazard a guess its trying to cancel an aura named "Spooky!" instead of "Headless Horseman's Mount" ?

    Edit2: Seems its not that easy.
    Using ANY
    "Override" names at all will kill the "cancel" button reguardless if the specific aura has been changed.

    PicoGuild is skinned, it does not need any separate skin.

    Its just an LDB addon and those use the tooltip borders and skin AFAIK (atleast my PicoGuild/Friends is skinned according to the background setting for skinner without any need for a skinfile)

    The getglobal function was deprecated back when 2.0 came out (I think) and was finally removed in 4.0. But, I've seen a few addons definining a global getglobal function so their authors can avoid having to do search-and-replace, which is probably why yours is working as it is.

    Basically anywhere you see getglobal, replace it with _G and change the round parentheses to square brackets. For example, in the code you posted, change:
    frame = getglobal(frameName);
    to:
    frame = _G[frameName]
    Also, get rid of all the semicolons. They're not required or useful, and they make the code messier.

    Ahhh, i messed up on the brackets! *hides in shame*

    Ill give it another runover when i get some then.

    The global variables this and event and argN no longer exist.

    Change:
    function ContainerFrameItemButton_OnLoad()
    To:
    function ContainerFrameItemButton_OnLoad(this)
    Change:
    function ScaleBags_OnEvent()
    To:
    function ScaleBags_OnEvent(this, event, ...)
    Also, change all instances of getglobal(whatever) function calls to _G[whatever] table lookups.

    Finally, please use some indentation in your code so it's not such a pain to try to read.

    Its not my code, all credit goes to whoever made it originally!
    Its basically a cut and paste of the old addon that i can nolonger find (and i do not know who made, but im forever grateful to them).

    Ill try and see if i can wrap my head around it, thanks for the help.

    Edit:
    Okay, tested it and got it working now by doing the first step.

    But the second step is over my head (im guessing it requires more work the just replacing the "getglobal" with "_G") but it works without it (but im guessing the change would make it more effective).

    So a big kiss or hug, whichever you prefer for the help!
