But if you edit the .toc yourself, you're not weeding anything out. You are, in effect, checking "load out of date addOns". The hard way.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Because I thought it was still being maintained by the author.. On every patch I first check what addons are listed as out-of-date, then I load out-of-date addons to see what works and what doesn't. Since KillMeterFu has worked fine up to now I just thought the author had forgot to update the TOC.

With "Load out of date addons" off I avoid loading addons that will most likely bug as the API changes.. Since I update my addons daily, most maintained addons that break on patchday pass the out-of-date filter in a couple of days.. Addons that stay out-of-date for a month or so I usually delete, but I liked KillMeterFu so much that I kept it (hey, it worked)..

I don't use "load out of date addons" because it has been very usefull to weed out un-maintained (non-working) addons.. Since KillMeterFu isn't maintained anymore I guess I'll have to phase it out soon too (chances are it's going to break sooner or later anyways I guess)..

I just downloaded it to see when the last update to the mod was, suspecting that you may have embedded libs - and I was right. The last update to the mod was 4/13.
Guess I'll just have to keep doing it manually then..

Would you please update your TOC?

You're still releasing addons with 20003 TOC, when the latest one is 20100. I'm getting pretty tired of manually editing the TOC-file myself.

maybe it's just me, but every time I run WUA I get "New version available", but when I go to the project-page, it only shows v1.9.3 (which is the one I already have).. Where can I get v1.9.9?

if this could track normal buffs like food and well fed it would be completely amazing, but alas, only amazing :) one i can not live without now.
That's kinda what you have ElkBuffBar for.. ;) Shortest food/drink-buff I know of is 10 minutes.. A bit long for ClassTimers I'd say..

Yep, latest version fixed the "Ability (a nil value)" for me.. I kept getting it when my hunter-alt stuck Serpent Sting on mobs. Not anymore.

I have the issue that just above the bottom-of-the-screen FuBar you have the option to show the faction and other data.. I have Bartender-buttons at that location, and I have disabled the option to view factions outside FuBar..
Still GrindStatus blocks the lower 2/3 of three buttons because whenever I mouse-over where the outside-FuBar-faction-info (even though I have disabled them) I get faction-info, not button-pressing action..
Very annoying when I don't have hotkeys on these buttons, and rely on manually clicking on them and get faction-reward info blocking several buttons just because I missed the few millimeters of working button-area.

I love Hemlock, but on my end atleast, the TOC is still 20000, and that was a few patches ago..
Sure, the addon works fine by turning on "Load out of date addons", but that means non-working out of date addons are also loaded..
Keeping the TOC up to date means the author has verified that the addon is still working, and that the author is still maintaining it.
