The change is a bit annoying i must say. In the old situation i could hold someone in target as a healer and still heal other people without loosing it. Not possible anymore. Since squishy is used mostly by healers, it kinda lost its purpose.

Squishy was already working fine with click healing without using Clique, JustClick for example. Now i won't be able to use squishy other then a fancy monitor, cause loosing target as a healer is to much of a risk.

Agreed, losing target as a healer is a serious risk. I had retained an old revision of Squishy until last night and was finally able to see this target change (in AV luckily) and it was not nice. I don't have a MTT mod installed because I honestly have no need for it, but now with the new method I have to scan the Praid list for the MTs name. I don't mean this to sound like a childish rant, but as Gendji stated, the new method removes vital functionality.

Group Loot (Roll-windows) is in progress, so as the thing that got me interested again - a loot live-list (Showing who picked up what as it happens, visually).

As usual, I'll be posting feature updates here. =)

A live loot list sounds very nice. Possibly add the list as a dewdrop frame on Fubar showing last item picked by whom on the bar? This and supressing the chatbox text would clean things up a bit!

FYI: I'm rewriting the entire frame code to have it as similar to the eeMon code as only possible. Why? Two reasons: it'll reduce the work Evil and I both have on frame code, and also it'll allow me to slowly add all the options eeMon has.

EDIT: hit 'post' too early. If you're seeing problems with the frame display or any options, please let me know. I try hard not introducing new bugs, but it can always happen.

Maia, sorry if this has been covered I try to track as much of the forums as I possibly can but my time is extremely limited and I sometimes tend to 'skim ' headers. Are you planning on taking anything out of Squishy? In it s current state, IMO, it's perfect. As a semi-raiding Druid, all of your indicators are exactly what I need to be as efficient as I need to be. If you are planning on making changes could I request that they be modularized or options within the addon? I'd really hate to see this be 'dumbed down' to just a simple set of bars and names.

I'm having a problem with the EavesDrop frame keeping its position. There is no error thrown, it simply goes back to its default position. I'm using Oskin to adjust my viewport and the bottomframe graphics, other than this I don't know what else could be making it pop back?

First I want to say it's a great addon and thanks for making it. Tho, I do have some problems with it. I'm a priest and using this addon for PvP reasons. Firstly I can't get the live list window to be locked and at the same time be click able, meaning you can click on debuffs listed and dispell them. Dunno if this is intended or not, if so why? I'm really in no need for the click-a-button-dispell-"something"-feature, all I really want is a list of debuffed targets, so I can choose what to dispell.

Then I don't seem to get the filtering to work, when I add a new filter and that debuff shows on a target, everything is filtered. Meaning nothing shows up on the live list. It also seems to me that the filter is only active while you yourself is in combat, is there any way to turn this off, so everything is filtered always?

Locking your window and not being able to click is an issue with TabletLib, which maia has reported several times already. As far as filtering goes, I've not had much of a problem with this so maybe try zapping your SV file and doing a fresh install of Detox. Also try loading just Fubar/Detox and see if this works.

    Hey Grennon,

What's the status here? I'd sure love to dump my last CTMOD soon. :)

I have no complaints w/ it at all...I would definately check it out. It's up on the SVN.

I concur, I dropped Ct_Mailmod a few weeks back and GMail has been exactly what I needed. Give it a shot before you delete your ct_mailmod and if you don't like it, no problems in just going back =)

I actually adjusted my UI last night to try a no-bar setup, and there are a few key items of functionality missing from this type of setup. Range Recoloring, for one, is not currently an option of Sprocket along with Cooldown timers. By the sounds of it, is not the direction that the author wants to take this, which is fine. I'm not one for the cooldown timer bars (oCD, etc) so I think I will have to revert to having atleast one bar on my screen with some key spells (Rebirth, Innervate, etc) just so I can always have an eyes glance of their cooldowns.

Once again: Range recoloring is there, but only for Action items, not Spell items. No AddOn can have recoloring for Spells because the UI doesn't support it. Only items placed in an action button can perform in range checks.

Sorry Drey, I did infact mean my spells (Moonbeam, yadda yadda) - I don't have many Actions requiring a range check as a druid. It is however, a very minimal 'thing' about an extremely wonderful addon. This in combination with Thisterhalls XAD is going to make for some very fun ui changes.

Awesome - going to give this a whirl right away! I didn't see anything listed, but do you have any plans/intentions of adding in a list of buff items? (felwood flowers, juju powers, scrolls, etc..) I usually have a heavy stream of winterfall juju and winterfall firewater on hand and would love to trade these out for the hearthstone and bandage slots (or any other slots=) since I'd much rather have those readily available than the previous. Anyways, don't want to put the cart tooo far infront of the horse so I'll try it out now =)

Hmmm, maybe you should try with a bar switching mod... sprocket is for mouse navigation. ;)

What is sprocket but a really nifty bar mod though? I don't see any reason to leave this kind of binding functionality out if it's not extremely difficult to do so. It would be great for minimalist UI users like myself who could go without showing any bars on their screen and just pressing a few buttons to see and switch between bars.

I may speak behalf of lots of people when I say: Screw the performance, use the one you see suiting your needs best. Every actionbar addon has it's pros and cons. Everyone!

Well, I agree you should use the set that has all the options and benefits you are looking for, but screw performance? If that was the case everyone would be using DAB. =) Even though it's not an Ace2 addon, I use Bongos. Its rich with 'basic must have' features (resizing, hiding/showing empty buttons, range coloring, keybind text) without a ton of bloat. You can also combine this with OmniCC (both by the same author, Tuller) for a complete package.

Ok, I have both patches ready to commit, SVN is just a bit broken right now.

That is good to hear. I should have an in-combat icon patch that works with all units. Currently I am using ScheduleRepeatingEvent to check UnitAffectingCombat, but I want to hit AV a couple of times to make sure it doesn't have a noticable effect on performance.

Also, could you do so the same icon would display a resting icon if you're well... In a resting zone?

About combat, I think there is a fubar addon that displays which units are affecting combat. Take a look at it and see how they did it, it might be effecient code! If having the indicator for 40 people is too hard, we can reduce it just to the player and the pet. There are some events that can be used, so that would be very light.

I havn't installed his icon fix yet so I don't know what they look like, but I was extremely partial to the way MG2 alerted you to different events (i.e., my name would Flash if I was resting, my borders would flash and go bold if I was in combat). IMO those are the only two things missing from agUf to make it complete =). I also don't use the raidpack even though the sorting capabilities are great, I prefer the stack of PerfectRaid.

Well, I read on the svn rss commit lot that the quest frame was now skinned, which I'm not seeing :(

And then, I'm not getting any bottombar when I toggle it on/off.

Both are without errors on startup.

After you enable the bottomframe you need to reload your ui (with /console reloadui or just /rl if you use LoadIt). I find that each time I change any settings for bottom frames except the height of fade I have to do a reload before I see any changes.

Agreed, ag_uf is very customizable as it is, but andreasg isn't quite done with it yet so I think we can expect a lot more from him once he returns fulltime!

And what unit frames are you using?
