I'd love to see Buu's layout have actually-working HP/Mana bar height. I liked the initial "Eyes" look, it looked almost like a fighting game.
Precisely my thoughts as well. But the Buu layout was uploaded by PProvost (according to Trac), so our best bet to fix this is getting his attention (don't have time to do it myself right now), or maybe doing it ourselves. I've managed to modify the lua file myself to get the changes I wanted with fixed values, but with the rapid updates of PitBull it gets tedious to do this.
Hey, so, I've started playing WoW again after a 1/2-year hiatus, and I'm looking for two mods: one that shows a second tooltip whenever I hover over an item showing what I currently have equipped (wasn't there a mod called ItemCompare that did that?), and one tha shows the sell value of items in the tooltip, especially for quest rewards.
I'm gonna try Informant and MonetaryValue to get the sell value after I post this, but if anyone knows about any alternatives please do tell.
A mod like this is on my ideas list. Like the author of ForgottenChat, I was thinking about making my own frame, and not relying on the chat frame at all, but also using an (optionally) tabbed interface. But I doubt I'll be starting a new addon in the near future.
So, I finally got my act together and decided to continue work on KIC. Now, my problem is that I haven't been paying attention to the Ace evolution for a long time, and the documentation hasn't been updated much (from what I can tell).
So, I hereby humbly request your help to teach me the new ways of Ace 1.3 and any other new tools I should know about, and maybe we can later compile it into some new manual pages :)
You're welcome! I know neither does the sorting that you wanted, but I'm actually interested in what you come up with. If you get PT/InvSort style sorting with a vertical "<miniicon> - name" tree-like inventory systtem, I might stop using InvSort. :P
That's pretty much exactly what I had in mind :D
But right now I'm in the middle of a C++ project, so I won't be starting on this for a while =/
And if not, do you think it'd be possible to mod InvSort to look like this? I've been thinking about making a list-type bag mod for a long while now, but itfeels like such a huge beast to tackle. But maybe if I could use InvSort (or maybe some other mod?) as a foundation, it'd make my life a helluva lot easier.

Also, Castbar positioning needs fixing.

Anyway, I decided today to start making KIC FuBar-compatible. Yay. Finally.
EDIT: *Yaaaawn* But not today... Probably tomorrow.

But "Can you look at this luah script" sounds more natural than "elluay script"... I've always pronounced it luah anyway, and always will
Now, here's a challenge: If you're not scandinavian and don't already know, can you guess the correct pronounciation of my nickname?

Speaking of bag mods, are there any that present the bags in a list? I mean, like:
