    Perhaps the wording on my question was bad. Let me try again.

    I have a small addon that loads after BT4. It positions the bars where I like them to be and scales things et cetera. (I play on a lot of PCs so writing a universal configuror makes my life easier.)

    From my AddOn's LUA I want to enable/disable certain bars. Something like:

    BT4Bar1:Enable();

    Of course thats not correct, but you get the idea. Is this possible>

    How does one enable / disable bars via another AddOn? I don't want to just Hide() them, but I want to properly trigger Bartenders enabled / disabled states. Thanks.

    I dont want to get in to a semantic argument, but if on a given project someone only releases "betas", then they arent actually releasing betas, they are just making random releases of varying stability. A "beta" is an actual point in the recognized software development cycle. If one exists solely at the "beta" stage, they arent actaully in the software development cycle, they are just putting out possibly unstable releases at random intervals. Which is why I thought the "Current Release" moniker might be more technically accurate.

    Not a big deal, just more of a pet peeve of mine.

    why is it that to download any addon from the Addon Listing area, one clicks the link labeled "Beta"? I realize people love to call software "beta", even for years on end and multiple revisions, but consider changing the nomenclature to "Current Release".

    additionally, a more visually prominent means of identification for the download link would be useful. a big red button, or a dragon with flames coming out of its face hole.
