GridStatusMana doesn't have an icon, so GridIndicatorSideIcons can't display it. Perhaps GridIndicatorSidePlus will do what you need.
Thanks, but I am using GridIndicatorSideIcons and the "default" Grid "Low Mana Warning" which does have an indicator (purple by default). When the indicator is assigned something other than the GridIndicatorSideIcons right, it works (at least in the default lower left corner).
For SideIcons, I can't get a side icon to work. Specifically, I am trying to use the right-side to show the low mana indicator but it does not work. When I change the warning to a "default" icon (e.g. the lower left), it works. I haven't tested this with other indicators but will... Is there a known bug with certain indicators or with the side icons in general? (I am using the top and bottom icons without any problems.)
The error has nothing to do with what addons other people have. It could be caused by some other addon that you have breaking tooltips in extremely bad ways.
The only AddOns I use on my Priest (which I don't use on my Hunter where there are no errors) are Decursive, Healpoints, and Pawn... I guess I will disable each one to test them.
I recently started raiding again with my priest and I constantly get the following error from oRA2:
Interface\AddOns\oRA2_Participant\Participant.lua: 176 : attempt to index a nil value
It occurs every time I target a player, so I end of turning Lua Error reporting off. The strange thing is that it does not occur with my Hunter.
I posted this in AddOn help a fews days ago and have received no replies... so I figured I'd try here.
As best I can figure, this error apparently has something to do with what AddOn(s) the raid leader has or does not have (which I assume may relate to some of the shortcomings of oRA2 in its present form).
The "new" version seems to have no options for item buffs (even though the Item module is listed)? Also, in the most recent release, the options menu in Interface/Addons is gone.
I have tried Bartender4 and like it but there is one feature keeping me from switching from Bartender3. Specifically, Bartender3 has FuBar support which make it easy to lock and unlock buttons. I switch things for quests, etc. in and out frequently but like to keep my buttons locked. With Bartender4 it does not seem there is any way to easily lock and unlock buttons (other than going into the setup). Any way to hotkey or macro turning button lock on and off?
Although I appreciate the response (and although I may be dense...), those instructions do not seem to help me in the least. They still do not explain to me, for example, how to create a Buff Weapon 2 button which appears to only be selectable/usable if the Basic bar is enabled. (However, I should mention that I discovered that right-clicking the Buff Weapon button will buff the off-hand weapon.)
Also,
Custom Categories
Categories/New
You can create new custom categories that are available to all your characters Click on your category and name it Open the tree to the items inside it & click New for however many items you need. Click on each item. This reveals a dragLink icon (empty one looks like a gift box) and a delete button for it. Drag a spell or item onto the dragLink icon. You can drag from inventory, bags, action bars, or your spellbook. You can click on the Delete button to get rid of an item.
Isn't this for a prior version of AutoBar? If not, I've tried it before and tried it again and still cannot get a "custom" button by dragging an item.
Is there anyway to add an offhand weapon buff button to a Class bar? It seems I can only select it in the buttons list and then it only shows if "Basic" is enabled. I don't enable Basic, only the Class bar (because enabling Basic enables it for all my characters).
There are a couple of bugs with the existing version:
(1) There are slight differences between the normal window display and the plug in for DPS. For example, my last fight DPS in the plug in might show 1242.3 versus 1239.1 in the normal window. The two windows never show the same DPS.
(2) The option to toggle Recap on and off (resume and stanby) does not work. It gives an error message when you try to use it. (I can post if needed.)
I know it's only been a couple of days... but I absolutely hate the new combat window and the Simple Combat Log mod is broken. Anyone working on a new combat log mod? Or seen one that works?

(In the meantime, anyone know of any working combat log mod?)
