    Damage (80% working).

Healing (0% working). Haven't even had a chance to look at it yet, need to see if Sano's version is workable.

I tried out both yesterday. I thought it was somewhat funny that you have dmg mostly he working, he only has damage taken working, he has healing mostly working from what I saw, and you don't. You guys should talk. ;)

In addition to the slight issue posted above, what would be fantastic would be a way to update multiple sets at the same time. ie, I have several sets that all share some common items. I get an ugprade in that slot, or enchant/socket the item differently, I now have to update every one of those sets one at a time. Ideally I could do something like select the slot, and choose "add to sets: " and then check box some set names to update it across all of them.

Is it at all possible to get Closet Gnome to recognize when an item has been updated by re-gemming or a new enchant? Itemrack used to handle that on its own somehow, if I added an item to a set and then later put an enchant on it, I did not have to edit the set again to include the item. Closet Gnome though treats it like its a totally different item.

Enable the flat death list, not the death list.

I had no idea those were even 2 different things. :(

That's exactly what the flat death list in Assessment there already is.... deaths organize by time.

Color me confused because when I have the Death view selected it lists everyone by name and has nothing to do with what time they died. Now when I select an individual and drill down, their deaths are sorted by time. But I want that at the level above as well.

    Mine looks like this-

    Deaths:
    Alfred 1
    Bill 2
    Bob 1
    Charlie 1
    Jean 1

    Death Details for Bill
    19:50:23
    20:10:17

Reports... what do you need to change? There's only one option for reporting, and that's the line limit. Personally I change this number nearly every time I post a report anyway... I limit healing meters to 6-8 depending on how many healers there are, damage meters usually go to 15, highest hits usually only want the top 3, death reports want the last 10-20 events, etc.

Thats exactly it, I want defaults for each data set if possible. I constantly have to change the Limit between outputting dmg meters and outputting the death list. That or at the very very least, change the death report so that a limit of "10" starts at the bottom and counts up 10 lines, instead of the current method of starting at the top and working down. Right now its very backwards.

Also, I'd like to be able to sort the Flat Death List by Time of Death rather than Number of Deaths. How many times someone died is on inconsequential value, I'm using the tool to determine where the failing point was and how it happened, and that usually involves finding out who died first/second/third. (Especially on fights like Archimonde where you need to figure out who died to doomfire/airburst first)

I guess you have it set in the Mount options. Rabbit decided to remove them from the list then. I'm not happy with that either, but he didn't make it optional (yet?).

Indeed that is the case. I guess I'll just change up my sets to accommodate that. I thought this was a bug, thanks for the response.

What is the difference between "dps" and "average instant dps"?

I'm guessing that "dps" is damage divided by the whole fight time, while "average instant dps" is damage divided only by the time you spend actually doing damage. Is this correct?

You've got the right idea. Average DPS could be quite low for a melee on a fight that has long runs because of AoE abilitie or movement from adds to boss, or something like Lurker where you kill the adds but have to wait around for Lurker to emerge. Instant DPS basically calculates the damage you did over the time period you're deemed as "Active" which means in the last N time period you did something that caused dmg or healing.

One of my sets has totally disappeared from the drop down menu. The set is still registered though, I can set keybinds to it and it shows up as the 'active' set when I have it on, but I cannot select it through the drop down menu on fubar.

I have tried to delete the set and then add it again, or just edit/add it again and none of that has worked. Other new sets that I've added recently show up fine.

And this happens each and every time you try to create the dummy buttons?

Yes, although I have not tried it since last week and whatever revisions those were. I'll give it a whirl tonight and let you know if it crashes again.

    1. Which containers you had active?
    2. How many (real) buffs per container there were? Maybe even if you had more before that in the same session.

    Edit:
You didn't happen to have all containers activated, did you? I just created dummy buttons while having them all on and my WoW froze. I was relieved to have a way to reproduce it. Then, after a second or so, it resumed just like normal. Maybe, on a less powerful machine (nothing against Macs, I don't know them good enough) the freeze would be enough to cause a crash.

Only containers I have active are Self Debuffs and Target Debuffs - I actually was still using Elk Buff Bars to display my personal buffs (perhaps this interaction did it) but all other containers were totally disabled.

Active buffs in the containers - Zero in each.

And no, as mentioned above not all containers were enabled, just those 2. I've plenty of memory and the mac is a 2.2ghz dual machine so it should be able to handle all that just fine.

The ghostlands guide could really use a transition point into an appropriate place in one of the other guides, rather than trying to figure out manually at which point in the barrens loop to pick up and start old world stuff.

    2 errors recently.

Major bug - On my Mac client, attempting to use the "Create Dummy Buttons" causes WoW to hang for about 30 seconds and then crash to the desktop, with no error output from the blizzard client.

Minor bug - I was tooling around with the mod and enabled the Weapon Buffs container, and then disabled it a few minutes later. Now anytime that I refresh Windfury Weapon on my weapons, I get a LUA error popup saying that Buffalo2 is referencing a Nil variable. This occurs even after a logout and client restart.

Some folks I pointed toward this mod said that in the last few days if they accept a quest that was not part of the guide, TourGuide throws tons of lua errors at them.

I'll try to get a specific error next time they mention it, that was all they said at the time.

Every new damage meter is awesome right up to the point that users demand it sync with everything else.
