May I ask what Interact Lines is supposed to do? I've turned it on and such, but I'm not sure what I have to see from it.

I only just noticed the Comments module.. however, forgive me for not going through the whole thread, how exactly is it supposed to work? I've not seen any comments at all ;o

I second this question. I saw that module too but dunno how to use it. I'm actually curious what that's exactly for. :)

I'm trying nQuestLog since very recently. So far I do like it, but there's only one thing that I couldn't find; I can't seem to find a maximum height for the quest frame so that I can put it in some corner, just like I'd done before with FuBar_QuestFu (which didn't have a maximum width, which was annoying me a lot).
Is there a way to set a maximum height in nQuestLog? And if not, would this be considered to be implemented?

    (Correct me if I'm wrong)

Rangecheck makes the frame fade out a bit when the player/pet/mob that it belongs to goes out of range of your attacks/buffs/spells.

That suspicion I got as well, but my spells color red if they're out of range. Seems obvious enough to me. :D

I've tried out the CombatFader option, since I'd like to see the unit frames faded out if I'm not doing anything particularly harmful. However, when I go out of combat, my pet frame goes blink a few times but then is fully visible. Any other frame fades out appropriately. Is there a way to work around that that I've overlooked?

See page 30 (and 29?) of this thread for more trouble with this issue.
Quoted from Ellipsis as a reason for the blinking (and thus what to do about it):

I personally don't use it because it makes my frames blink which its really annoying

Usually this is caused by running CombatFader and RangeCheck on the same frame - since each one wants to set the frame to a different alpha, they fight over it.

    Thanks! :) I probably should've read a little bit more back.... :P
Turned off rangecheck since I'm not sure what its use is anyway, works like a charm now.

I have 2 suggestions, one a new module and the other an extension on an existing one:

    1) System Message Control Tool utility (I know it's been suggested before I'm merely making sure it gets noticed and no one has forgotten it).

    2) ChatTab (Tabs now I guess) - Changing the anchoring of the tabs, like at bottom (most likely doable), or on a side with sideways text (maybe doable).

Oh, I'd *love* option 1, as I'd love to have guildies/friends connect/disconnect to be visible on my guild chat frame! :D

ok, likely newb question here, but my Height and Position options for portraits are greyed out. Any ideas as to why?

They get enabled when you've put their side on 'center'.

I searched for this, no luck.

I'm an x-perl convert (loving PitBull) but the two things that I miss are

    1) #players currently targeting my target (assisting me), on the target frame, and

    2) #healers targeting me, on the player frame

Not sure if it's in a module I have disabled, or just not currently a feature due to whatever reasons (like overhead). I found it very useful for determining if our raid DPS is split, and the reason for seeing the # of healers targeting the player should be obvious :). Thanks.

Mm, you could use DogTags to customize. I've found there is at least NumTargetting that you could use to see how many people are targetting your target.
Not sure about the healers though, not a bad idea. Maybe the DogTags will be expanded later with some more useful tags.

Drop shadow is the default font mode in WoW. This option is for enabling outline fonts.

I understand, but if Toggle Shadow is for "enabling" outline fonts, then wouldn't it make more sense to enable it by checking it? Instead (as mentioned before) if I check it, it disables the shadow. It doesn't make sense. It's just backwards again is all I'm trying to say. As of r47020, it functioned as it did before, but it's now backwards again as of r47106.

And I thought it was me. :D I noticed this too and it confused the hell out of me for about an hour before I just give up and accepted that mentality. :D Thought something was broken.

I know this isn't a solution or a good answer but... Well Sanity2 isn't really a bag replacement addon IMO, personally i use it to keep track and search items i have on all my chars. I can agree this should work anyway, but consider running another bag addon too or blizzards. If it's a problem in Sanity Bags, post in that addons thread and ignore my answer. :-P

Yeah, I've put Baggins back in use. Though, I still like the idea of Sanity2. I might indeed be using those 2 addons next to each other, each have their pros and cons I think.

I assume that Sanity2 is still rough along the edges? The compressed part does seem not quite ready, for example.

You know, I think some of the Prat modules were recently renamed. If you recently updated but didn't delete the old Prat folders first, that may be related to your problem.

Just stabbing in the dark really :\

Alas. I've removed all Prat folders in the addons folder and then reinstalled it. It didn't resolve that issue, unfortunately.

Is, by any chance, this mod going to be able to emulate what MSP did back then?

No, sorry, showing the health, mana, debuffs, and aggro status of party members is beyond the scope of what I intend for OnScreenHealth. It's not meant to be a full replacement for unit frames.

Oh, but MSP is not an 'unit frames', just the same as OSH does while getting in combat. Only with party members involved. Party members and their pets, and of course yourself and your pet as your mod already does right now.

I've tested OSH just then, it's about halfway there what I'd have loved to see. :)

The alpha settings doesn't act 100% perfect. I've set out of combat alpha to 0.05 (I'd actually have loved it to be 0 though) but later on the alpha of my pet was 100 while we weren't in combat anymore. Mine was almost invisible as it ought to be.

I'll test it more tomorrow if you'd want. But, really, what MSP does, you're halfway there. :)

!!! Your mod sounds like MonitorStatusPlus (http://www.curse.com/downloads/details/1464/) that I immensively enjoyed back then. Simple, straight to the point, and the info one needs in a party when it's getting hectic. There also was a little brother, MonitorStatus, which I've also used back then. (http://wowui.incgamers.com/ui.php?id=2672)

Is, by any chance, this mod going to be able to emulate what MSP did back then?
