speaking of scrolling, is it possible to scroll multiple windows at the same time? ie. use the mousewheel to scroll all 3 layers of combat text at once?

I'm pretty shure it is and I think tomorrow I will try to change my addon to your layout.
Atm I'm converting my current one to use a seperate frame instead of a chatframe.

Except adding the icons this shouldn't be too hard.
I already have an addon that does something like this and if i manage to find out how to create a window like the one you have i might be able to change it to this.

    I called the addon SidebarCombatLog.
You can download it here if you want to try it out.
If there is enough request I might upload it to the svn.

Don't laugh about people having cluttered interfaces in raid if there resolution is 1024x768.
It's very hard to put all this information I such litte space ;)

    Aileen is right.
Imo it's not required to have a fbplugin for such a tiny addon at all.

There's an option for them to follow them.
Just look at the text-settings for the modules.

Can you make it so you can move the frame like the ace1 version?

Thats the reason why i still use ace1-version.
Would be nice if you could just reimplement the frame like it was in 1.0

I'm from germany and I also cant load this page
    "The connection has timed out"

It seems like the host ignores european or even all non-american clients

//edit: If I remember right, I was able to load it around the time when mi2 was discontinued

posted a message on UI-mods need to have more than 1 folder?
The main reason why addons get seperated into different folders is that you can make these folders load on demand.

So for example TinyTip has one main folder which always loads on startup and another folder (TinyTipOptions) which is loaded if you type /ttip.

So the options will only be in the ui-memory if you need them. But you can load them whenever you want.

Another example is ouf2 where all types of unitframes are seperated into their own folders.
So as a rogue you will barely ever have a pet and so it won't be loaded most of the time but will be available if you need it.

But nothing MobHealth2 uses has been changed over the last year so it's worse than it was a year ago and still works quite well.
The only problem I have is that I need to look at what the Autor of MobInfo2 changed because it seems like he improved the accuracy a bit.

Edit: I'm too lazy to look at it so I use MI2 now with every single option disabled (only records health).
An aced MobHealth would be nice.

I use MobHealth2 with TipBuddy, DUF, LUF (twink), nymbias perl (some time ago) and for these addons there is absolutely no difference between mobhealth and mobinfo.
But I looked at the mobinfo's changelog and saw that the author changed something about the accuracy of the calculation.
But I won't install mobinfo because its to bloated for my.
Maybe I can check out what the author of mobinfo changed and implement these changes into mobhealth2.

    Tyrrael:
The error you get is because your using MobHealth(1) instead of MobHealth2

do you have great use of MobInfo2 cause that one is one mother of mem hogs if u use watchdog it will calc the mobhealth too and atleast thats a help too.

Well, so far I know, LucenUnitFrames uses it, and that's why I sort of left it there. Is there an up to date alternative ?

    I still use MobHealth2.
As far as I know MobHealth2 is a part of MobInfo2 and the autor of mobinfo didn't touch it.
So using the old MobHealth2 is like using MobInfo2 without all those statistics.
It also works great with LucenUnitFrames.

posted a message on Dare I say it?... Indeed I do! ACE CTRA!
    Quote from Tyrrael »

Well here's the thing. CTRaid by itself takes around 2700 kb memory usage. I'm not a fan of Blizzard's default raid frames, or Minigroup. That leaves me with XRaid or Clad's PerfectRaid.

PerfectRaid is great; it uses about 300 or less kb. Downright amazing. But... the mod is in beta and crashes your game... So that option goes out the window.

So now there's XRaid. The thing about this mod is that it takes around 1700 kb usage. Combined with oRA and modules, and I'm back up to CTRaid levels. So...... what?... The MAIN benefit that I was personally looking for (memory usage) I'm not even going to get.

... So I'm back to square one.

And THAT is why I was asking about Ace'd CTraid.

Thats the reason why I really need Perfect Raid.
XRaid looks quite nice but it uses far too much memory.
Perfect Raid would solve this problem for me because I'm a rogue and I really don't need bloated frames.
I only need a frame for every member of the raid with their hp and a quick way to see some basic info about their mana.
