    concerning PrivateChat i did not find any existing thread. So i hope it is OK to start one.
    What key does it use, when you enter no key ?
    When you enter no key, is it possible to get insite this channel ?

    Would Blizz have something against using this, even when its only used inside guild and without a key (if not entering a key means it is not encrypted.)?

    How probable is it, that this will get banned ?

    I just want to use it for an extra guild-channel.

    Hello barracuda,

    This addon is made by my dear guild friend Usz so i can help you a bit:) We use PrivateChat at the moment for our Class Channels, which allows even alts from mains to be on their class channel. Ofc you can also set it up for intra-guild communications or even any other stuff of communication you want, encrypted or not.

    Now when you don't enter a key then the text won't be encrypted. If you do enter a key then everyone on the channel should eb using the same key, else you can't read each other stuff ofc.

    Now don't worry, it will not get banned. There is no reason even to ban it as far as i can see.

    If you have issues i can redirect them to the person that needs it to know, just summarize them up and make sure you allways use the latest version. :)

    Do that and your issues are resolved. PeriodicTable altered the way data was pulled from it and as such created errors in the data storage of kotj, resetting the db should solve that issue. Also regarding the unknown itemid's. Well it mainly means you never seen that item on the server yet since the latest big patch blizzard issued. You can hide them by checking the checkbox that locks the food list.

    Hmm, seems my work is needed in here again. Well i will be pretty honest that i did not do much lately on the addon although it needs some work here and there and still have some things to fix in it. Will see if i can fix the errors in short term period at least :)

    As it is now, its a real pain trying to search through the lists to find a specific food you don't want to be fed out of a food group you otherwise would allow. They aren't in alphabetical order either, which makes them even more time consuming to look through.

    An example of where this would come into play: you have a pet that can get full health benefit from a standard level 45 food, but you are also carrying a (new) level 60 standard food in your bag for yourself. Both of them are in the same available food group. Without disabling the level 60 food, KOTJ will use it. Unless you have modified the priority listing of the foods, which involves the above noted painful manual searching through the lists ;).

    And it might be useful for newbies to this mod to know from a readme or the Wiki page that clicking a food to color its name red turns off its availability. While clicking to change it to tan makes it available. Its not totally clear that that is the case.

    And finally, there are many foods that have "Unknown item IDs". Only problem with that, unlike the (Ace2) ItemSync mod, you can't get KOTJ to search for the item to verify what it is. So the ability to verify unknown foods in the list (with the chance of disconnection if you tried to verify right after a server reboot, which is standard) would be of benefit. Or else leave out unknown items. Or put them at the end of the food list or in an "unknown" list. Or put them in the listed with a full name, whether the item is cached or not.

    Otherwise, nice work so far :).

    Well the search option will take a while to implement for sure, but i will give some thought about it.

    Regarding the order of food. They should be in order of best quality to lesser quality, meaning the food that regens the most should be on top.

    The item id issue. Any food unknown to you and will most likely dc you shows up as unknown. You can lock the list, which prevents item ordering, and hides also the unknown id's.

    Planned in near future. And that will answer your questions most likely as well is :
    - Feeding based on amount of happiness gained, with the lesser food used as first. Meaning if you have 2 foods which both regen 35 happiness a tick it will take the lesser one. Mind that this will override the manual ordering, and will be a seperate option
    - Rewrite of the feed pet showing button. There are some problems with the button not showing up, which will be handled in one go with that.

    I have one other concern though after tonight's raid. I noticed that the calls for consumables happen like 15 seconds after the actual Impending Dooms occur. Is this by design? This seems to be not quite optimal since that leaves people only 7 seconds (15 minus the 8 seconds required for the bandage) to make a quick decision on whether they can bandage or if they have to get a spore soon (before the next impending doom). As a result, some people are missing the spore because they have to bandage, or vice versa. If, however, the alerts for the consumables occurred right at the time of the impending doom it would give people 30 seconds to make the right decision there, so better chance of successful execution.

    As soon as you get afflicted by Loatheb Doom, that is when you get the debuff, 11 seconds after you get the debuff you get the warning. That means 11 seconds minus 10 seconds (that is how long the debuff lasts till it does damage) is 1 second and some lag after the debuff has done damage it sends out the warnings. I'll advice you to update your bigwigs in case it is 15 seconds after the damage has been done, see below timeline how the warnings should be.

    The following sequence as suggested by others will take in effect as soon as i can commit again to the SVN. I compared it with my version and the Peak Damage in Worst Case is lower and it gives you more freedom to do dps near the end of the fight.

    I won't add syncing of different sequences to the module nor implement different strategies. IF you want to deviate from the current strategy you can allways manually change the code.

    For now wait till i can commit again :) Or grabthe attached file in this post. I commented out the old sequence for those that still want to use it
