does cooldown timers 2 actually work now? Or does it still randomly miss cooldowns making the whole addon pointless?

Skillet works great for me, no lag.

I just wish the "Clear queue" button also deleted the queue entries.

Does it sound reasonable to assume that if there are less than 4 players in a group, it's not supposed to be considered part of the raid? So if there are 1-3 players in a group of a raid they are almost always standby people who are not supposed be stopping the buffing process?

Also where are people in your raids being stadby waiting? Are they in org/if/shat or are they waiting outside the instance? Because i could add a few checks so it skips people in capitals.

It's usually reasonable, but I'm sure there are enough exceptions that make this less preferred to the solution I've recommended. I know I have often done raid encounters without a full raid and we definitely wanted blessings.

The way I see it, it's better to have it cast on people who need buff when I press the key than not cast.

If people are briefly offline and miss a blessing I can deal with that.
If people are out of the zone when I need to bless, I still need to bless those that are in zone.

I can deal with re-blessing people who log back in or zone in late.

There is no perfect generic solution for never wasting a symbol of kings, but I would prefer to err on the side of occassionaly wasting a couple reagents over going unbuffed.

I think if you ignore offline/out of zone players and then apply your range logic to the subset of players that are online/in zone, you should be good to go.

If the offline/out of zone players need blessings, then most likely your raid is going to be waiting for them. If your raid is moving along and not waiting for these players, then blessing the active players takes priority. And if I really want to save that symbol of kings, I can just short bless the online/in zone players in the meantime. Or short bless the offline/out of zone player when they get in range.

If wasting a symbol is such a huge problem, I can always refrain from pressing the autobuff key until the necessary players are in range and online.

I would *much* prefer the autobuff function continue to work when someone is offline or out-of-zone than worry about wasting a symbol of kings everytime someone is out-of-zone or offline.

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Another idea for "standby" detection would be to check the zone name against a hardcoded raid size table. This would have issues when you're outside the instances, and isn't very elegant. I would avoid this until giving it some heavy thought. ie:

    karazhan "10" (groups 1+2 only)
    SSC "25" (groups 1-5 only)
Hellfire Ramparts "5" (group 1 only)

poull: Is there any way to make the logic completely ignore Offline players and players in a different Zone?

Often times my raid has extra "standby" in other groups and it is preventing the autobuff key from casting on the rest of group.

I guess logically it would first need to make a subset of 'active' players ->

    1) Players that are offline/out of zone get excluded from 'active' set
    2) Range and other logic applies to 'active' set

    Beta Suggestion:

Would love to see a Search function, similar to Sanity inventory.

I was using Sanity to show tooltip info with alts, as you have incorporated into this beta.

I also found the search filter very useful for when I was looking for items on alts that I didn't currently have. (Can't mouseover something I don't have to see if my alts have it...)

Perhaps just a text input and search button that brings up a separate frame which lists results as text.

    Hi
i love Pallypower, its really great, but one Question would it be possible to give Warriors the Option for Salvation?
Often when i'm in groups with a feral druid tank and an offwarrior, they want salvation and I need another place in my Bars :p

You can also disable "Smart Buffs" and it will allow you to assign whatever blessing to whoever you want.

Are there any plugins or status settings available that would make "mind controlled" (possessed, or otherwise) health bars turn red?

Essentially anything that turns my raid member into "enemy" would turn the health bar(or other indicators) red (or whatever color), and back to class color after they become "Friendly" again.

    Worderful. Simply Wonderful.

Testing this new "autobuff" feature and it's awesome.

One drawback - it doesn't temporarly 'blacklist' or otherwise skip out of range players when spamming "comma"

Just a heads up - It's freaking awesome once my raid is together so I don't even consider this necessary to fix.

I no longer need to see the 'class buttons', so I'll refer to my previous note where I suggest having them extend out of the new "autobuff" button when I mouseover it.

    Awesome job man.

Edit: Actually it looks like you already have it cycling to next person even if target is OOR, so I guess it only causes problem when it tries to cast Greater Blessing on a class because an OOR person still needs it, which ends up spamming G blessing on the in-range players of that class even though they are already buff. Still not a showstopper.

Edit2: I noticed with my newfound overzealous love of spamming Shift-comma, that when I spam it too fast it gets 'stuck' casting on wrong class until I calm myself down and stop hitting it faster than global cooldown.

The newly added button shows the shortest time left on any raid/party member so you know when someone is about to need a new blessing. It also sums up how many people need a blessing in total. On the screenshot this number is also just 1.

Finally whenever you click this new button it will buff the player with the shortest time left on his blessing. So you basically just spam this new button to buff all the normal blessings and it cycles through. It will keep buffing the person with the shortest time left so that if you decide to rebuff with 5 min left, that is also possible and you just stop when you think it's fine. I also added an option to assign a key for this new button, standard is comma. Notice that this auto buff feature of course only work out of combat.

Thank you so much for adding an "auto buff" feature with a keybind.

Now that you have done all this great work, is there any way to hide the class buttons?

Or make it so I only see the new "auto buff" button that would extend into class buttons the way player buttons extend from the class buttons now?

With the advent of this keybinding, I suspect I will only need the class/player buttons in combat.

Edit: Upon looking at your screenshot for a moment, It seems that the classic red drag handle could almost be replaced with this "Autobuff" button - using it as the main anchor for the buff addon. Not that it matters - the current anchoring works fine. All I really need to see is this "Autobuff" frame to know if I need to cast a blessing. If I'm in combat, I can mouse on it to extend into class and player buttons. If I'm out of combat I can just look the "Autobuff" frame to know if I need to press comma.

Thanks again for this incredibly useful addon.

Do you use the newest version of Clique? Is Selfcast activated?

    Elbereth.

I have had this problem rarely appear since 2.0 was released. I thought it was gone recently but it just resurfaced. Strangely enough I almost always have enemies target but only rarely do my mouseover spells mistarget.

I hope turning off "Auto self-cast" in interface options fixes it.

    I'll keep you updated.

    Beautiful addon.

I have a suggestion to improve on the "Hide Trivial" option.
Perhaps there could be an option like "Hide pre-BC recipes" or better yet, an option to "Hide all recipes under skill X" (X=300 comes to mind as a useful setting)

Unfortunately "Hide Trivial" hides too much when your skill is 375/375 to make it useful beyond skilling up.
