Shaboom: after you fire up the config, there should be a key binding option available in the main wow menu for the frame finder, bind it to a key and use it to get the frame names

Yes, as I said I wasn't in game at the time of my previous reply :)

    Target frame gives PitBullUnitFrame2
Target of Target frame gives PitBullUnitFrame3

I should imagine this is because as a non pet class I have both the pet frame and pet target frame disabled, that's probably why our frames give different IDs Seerah.

posted a message on ClassTimer - Official thread
Started to notice a few problems with class timer over the past week or so. It tends to forget to time Rupture after only a few seconds and always cuts SnD off about 7 seconds before it actually runs out now. Previously it would track both of these abilities perfectly well and, seeing as my dps cycle relies on maximising the effectiveness of both, this new development can be a little annoying.

Is there another ace'd timer bar mod like this out there if Class Timer is no longer being supported? I know antagonist exists as I used to use it but a quick scan through it's thread tells me that the author is busy with exams and such so I'm not holding my breath for anymore work to be done to it.

PitBullUnitFrame2 and PitBullUnitFrame5 I think, I'm not in game at the moment but I think those are the right names for Pitbull Target frame and Pitbull Target of Target frame.

    I have a small problem....

After working on a new panel layout I did a /reload and all the panels disappeared. Am I missing something here as it had never done this previously.

Actually after a relog it appears to only be doing this with Pitbull target and target of target frames. Any ideas how to fix this?

posted a message on EavesDrop 2.0 (a SCT style combat log)
Eavesdrop seems to have seriously crapped out on me I'm afraid. Since updating on 11/04/08 the main Eavesdrop window has shown as just opaque white, neither right clicking the tab nor using the slash commands allow me to access the config menu (using slash command simply generates the default "for help...." reply)and the large white window that now apears in the centre of my screen is massive. I get no error generated in Bugsack during all these things.

I would love to get my Eavesdrop working again as I have grown so used to it being my combat log that anything else just doesn't seem right. Unfortunately reinstalling the addon after removing all saved variables for it has done nothing. I haven't started using any different addons for a while so unless theres now a conflict between this and something I have been using for a while I can't see it being an issue there. Maybe I have a bad lib somewhere...

I have the same problem as Nyke above me and it's not generating an error in bugsack so i really have nothing to go on. r68250 by the way and I've deleted all saved variables for Omen, completely uninstalled it and sworn at my screen quite a lot and nothing makes my config menu appear :(

Re: the lack of parasite timers for Illidan.
Sorry, I'm unable to provide a report as my comp crashed just as the raid finished :(. I did however notice that if more than one person had parasites at a time that the timer bar and warnings would work.

I also noticed that I wasn't getting a possible demon phase bar after transition into p3 from p2. The bar would return after the first p4 however.

I'll update tomorrow and check again, and provide a report if the same problems persist.

So, I'm looking at the script to get an frame behind my party bars which will expand with each new member added and from what I can tell it hides and shows a new panel each time someone joins the party. Now if I wanted to have a border panel at the bottom of my party frame would I have to use the same show/hide process and make the new background panel's level high enough to hide the previous border panel or am I completely misunderstanding this?

Also, please excuse how badly written this is, I'm trying to do it while on the phoe at work ;)

[edit] Nvm I think I've figured it out on my own after reading back through the thread.

I really wish I knew how to reproduce this error, as it seems to happen a bit to people. Somehow the background color in your saved file database is missing, thus causing the error. If you know what panel is messing things up, just do a /script eePanels2:RemovePanel(PANEL_NUMBER_HERE)

Otherwise, you're going to need to delete your eePanels2.lua file in your saved variables file.

I have this very error but only on on character (which I'm trying to set new panels for). If I delete the .lua file from my saved variables will it lose the layouts for all my other chars using eepanels2?

[edit] A little background on the error as you can't reproduce it.

It only ever occurs once I've reset a profile. I then create a new panel from either default or global settings and bugsack shows the error mentioned above with the same problems; unable to modify the panel in any way, mainly because I get no sub-menu to do so.

[edit#2] Having removed the .lua file and found the setting for all chars gone I've found a bit of a workaround. All I've done is copy the profile from another character and then modifed those frames to my needs. It may not be ideal but it works.

Someone already asked how to do that in this thread. In short, you'd have to have it resize based on the number of buffs you have (I think that's what I remember). It wasn't very far back at all if you wanted to look.

I'll have a scan through, was at work earlier so was ninjaing a quick vsit to the forums :) Thanks Seerah.

posted a message on Trap Timer
Having just picked up my Hunter again I can't for the life of me find an addon that will time armed trap duration consistanty besides Sorren's, which I've had some issues with in the past.

Would it be possible to either write a stand alone armed trap timer mod or maybe make it a module for Class Timer?

Firstly just want to say thanks to Ominous for CT. Have been using it for a while now on my Rogue and it performs the job I need it to do admirably in raids.

I do have a few questions/requests though, sorry if they're blindly obvious to answer....

Ok, so I don't appear to get a bar when I use Drums of Battle http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=35476. At the moment I'm having to watch my EBB to see how much longer I have left on the buff. Am I missing something or is it not included?

I've recently picked up my warlock again after a break from the char and came across a bit of a dilemma while having to CC two mobs and fight a third. Now I can set a focus bar up for Seduce easily enough as I already use a one button seduce macro which assigns the target as my focus with a modifier key. The problem came when I feared the second mob, I had no bar to show me how long that fear had left as soon as I changed targets, which given the fact that situations like this require a fair bit of micro management was a slightly annoying. Can this be done through the sticky bar and if so how do I set that up? (Told you it might be blindly obvious didn't I)
