    Hi joroesan,
Try using Addon Directory: DBM-GUI, Friendly Name: Deadly Boss Mods, Source Site: CurseGaming, Site Id: deadly-boss-mods

Thanks for your reply. I did see this earlier. I am just very slow to reply because I constantly forget my wowace password! Unless I am mistaken (please forgive me if I'm assuming too much) but this will only download the current version of DBM. I am interested in downloading the Alpha. In addition, I was trying to get the site to work with the official DBM website, which I think is (or was, if they changed the layout) supported. The normal version on their website is siteid: 1 I believe, but the alpha is listed as siteid: 6. http://www.deadlybossmods.com/ Thanks for your help, any help is appreciated! For now, I just update it manually, no huge deal.

Still using this addon and it works great. I really hope you guys don't ever discontinue it.

I was hoping someone could help me with my problem here.

I want to install the DBM Alpha client. Setting the friendly name to DBM-Core, source site to DBM, and Site ID to 6 does not seem to work. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry about the lack of updates, I?m on (a much needed) vacation until the 31st ;) (I ordered it only 3 days before I left, hence the sudden silence :P)

I know there?s an issue with externals in 488, and there will be a fix to that when I get back (I have no internet on my laptop here, but I have a copy of the xml file from WoWAce saved from earlier :)) - I?ve already improved the identification of unknown addons a bit, so I think I?m back on track with WUU code now - it helped not having to touch work (work-work) for a week.

I don?t have time to address all the specific issues mentioned here right now (damn ?8/hour internet and locked-down computers :(), but if 483 works better than 488 for you, stick with that until the next release.

Thanks for the update! Enjoy your vacation and have a Merry Christmas!

The thing is, with the no-ext option off, WUU should update the extension libraries I would think. It has not been doing that lately. I decided to force an update for Omen and it seems to have done the trick. I am no longer receiving newer version available messages from everyone I play with.

I am having the exact same problem, and noticed it the same way you did. This is happening to a lot of mods.

WUU 1.6.483 (released on 21-11-07) shows 27/71 mods out of date.
WUU 1.6.488 (released on 02-12-07) shows 3/71 mods out of date.

Seems to be a bug in the new version.
Guess I will be using WUU 1.6.483 until this is fixed, hope there weren't too many bug fixes since then. :)

    Hi Joroesan,

Try setting LootLink up as an OtherSites Addon. I've attached a screenshot of my settings for you :)

Works like a charm, thanks man! :)

Thank you for spending time creating this application. It is by far the best one out there. As much as I like wowace, I've never been a fan of adware programs.

Also I wanted to make some small suggestions:
1.) Let the user choose where to save the zip files that are downloaded. Just as you do the WoW directory and the Backup directory.
2.) An option to backup the WTF folder with the addons would be nice.
3.) I didn't see any way to download addons such as LootLink.
