It communicates by using AceComm-2.0 and LibRockComm-1.0, which means that if people are not using any mods that have these libraries in them, they won't show up.

What are the most commune used add ons that include this? (AceComm-2.0 and LibRockComm-1.0).

Apoco I would like to congratulate you for this grate add on that developed so nice. I am very happy that you implemented with success the talent scan idea. Keep up the good work.

Here is another ideea that for me least would be very very useful:
"Add ons installed" - the idea is for /axrs to scan for certain add ons who have/have not them installed.
    For example:
-I input that i want to see who has the following add ons installed: Omen, BigWigs, oRA2, GroupCalendar. (or have a build in predefined add ons that could be checked)
-Then when i hover with the mouse the "Add ons installed" bar to see the once that don't have the add on installed, grouped by add on.
-Or even better to have "x add on installed" bar for each add on.

Technically i think this is much harder to implement then the talent scan idea but still i think the most "critical" add ons for raids, that are of any interest for a raid leader, have at least some type of communication channel that perhaps may be used to check if the add on is there or not.

Ok ty very much for the debug message. Every time we added somebody to the raid i was spamed with a error (sadly i didnt write it down i will tonight). Althow i was adding the name of the player i was still spamend, UNTIL i writed the name of the player with the first letter Upercase. For me doing this worked and for the first time i had /axrs working he way i was expecting it.

Tonight i will send you de debug error message.

Have you check Scrub addon? Any chance to see a future like this implemented?

2: It checks among classes AND names. It should automatically add all: Priests, Paladins, Shamans, and Druids to the healing list, UNLESS their name is on the tanking or dps list. It will add all Hunters, mages, rogues, and warlocks to the dps list, UNLESS their name is on a healing or tanking list. It will automatically add all warriors to the tanking list, unless their name is on the healing or dps list.

Thank you very much for helping us understand the way it works. Next raid i will keep this info in mind and i hope i will be successfully to see exactly what i want.

Idea: Another ideea (in case you cant do anything similar to Scrub) will be to have a Toggle option "Automatically add players", so the user can select to have the addon work exactly like now OR to only show the informations of the players manually added to the 3 lists. I am not sure if is much more practical but for sure it will be easyer to select my 6-7 healer then to distribute all the 25 ppl in raid in the specific list.

I am useing the english client.

I know, I could just try it out myself and see what it does.... but: What does this addon do? Replacement for XRS?

Improve XRS by leting you decide who is healer/tank/dps.

Hello Apoco and ty for this very nice addon.

    1. What is the Update number meaning? milliseconds?
    2. Althow i select the proper healers names, i get in the healer health/mana bar also the information of my OT druid tank. The veriosn i have instaled is 62908. What else should i do beside putting the names of the healer/tanks/dps in the proper list?
    3. Is the addon watching only the players listed in the 3 lists? or it gets informations of other players in raid?
    4. Is it working propretly only when you are zoned with everybody else or it work propretly when everybody is spread around the world and in the same raid?

    Ideea:
There is a addon caled Scrub that checks the talent spec of ppl in party/raid and you can see who what spec has and if they are prepared for PvE spec wise. I think the ideea behind this addon could be very well used in /axrs.
There could be a scan button that u can use when everybody is zoned in the instance ( so you can see everybody's spec ) and automaticly detect who is healer/tank/dps. I dont know how much work this is but i think it will add grately to the value of this addon.

posted a message on Cumulated mana of healers in raid
Perhaps I'm missing something, but what would total mana tell you? If priests 1 and 2 are oom, but priest 3 isn't performing and still has close to full mana, what information do you gain from seeing that all three priests have a total of 10k mana? The first 2 can't heal anymore, and the 3rd can't heal well.

First off all a total healers mana will help while clearing thrash, to see if we can accelerate or chill down a bit. I am always trying to see how much mana our healers still have to keep up the trash pulling rate or slow it down.
Also when learning new encounters seeing how much mana they have and compeering it to the health of the boss helps me decide to burn Shield Wall or not.

Unless something was changed, XRS will still add prot paladins, oomkin, enh/ele shammies, and shadow priests to your healers :/.

ax_RaidStatus has the posibility to creat your own dps/tank/healer list so you can have it cumulate health or mana or anything on exactly the group of ppl you need, but sadly i was unable to configure it right. Any tips on how this addon can be made to show new bars are welcomed.
