Just wanted to pay my respect to the author of this fine addon. Not a single spam-message has gone through BadBoy's defences since I installed it a week ago or so. Good work and thank you for keeping me spam free!

Woops, meant to add DreamLayout skinning back in if ButtonFacade wasn't found before I committed it, sorry about that (I've done that now).

Give ButtonFacade a try though :)

    Hey Sorata!
Yesterday I grabbed the newest Buffalo & ButtonFacade, but was unable to skin Bufallo in any way. I read the changelog and saw you comitted the changes, but when I enter /bf menu Buffalo was nowhere to be found in the mod section. Do I need to do anything in particular to make it skin Buffalo properly? It's probably me making a mistake, I just can't narrow it down i'm afraid.
    Thx

The chinchilla "locked" function isn't working for me. I can drag the minimap around even though it should be locked in place.

Buffalo is the only mod still forcing me to use Cy_Circled, if anyone would add ButtonFacade support it would make my day!

Could this skin the auras in Pitbull? Just curious..

My guess is no, but it's only a guess.
What you can do thoug is replace the border.tga file in your Pitbull_Aura (Interface/Pitbull/Aura) folder with a custom border. Both Cait's UI and oUF have a square border which you can just replace the original border.tga file with. Right now I use the oUF ones, but Caits did it for me for a long time.

posted a message on How do I make OmniCC ignore Pitbull Auras?
    Quote from Xinhuan »

No. OmniCC is designed to be all-inclusive and works on anything that has a cooldown frame in any addon.

You can specify a minimum size in OmniCC where frames below this size won't have the OmniCC cooldown text displayed.

That would work. But when I open the options I can't find this setting, is it in the .lua I need to make this adjustment?

    Very nice!
I've always despised the thought of having a ressurection monitor on my screen, so finally I'll be able to see who's got resses incoming on the unitframe.
This will indeed make Grid better for me. Thank you!

    Quote from maia »

No, it didn't get looked over. I'm not speaking for Pastamancer or Jerry, but I'm convinced Grid already has way too many options, and I'm strongly against adding new options, at least until Grid2, in case we'll have a better configuration then. If you'd ask me, I'd even take out many more options, such as making unit frames non-squared, having the health bar grow horizontally, inverting the health bar highlighting etc.

I prefer to have addons that are usable over addons that try to to as configurable as possible. I guess "Apple vs Microsoft" is a good example of that fight of usability versus configurability.

Please don't take this as an offence in any way but I'm extremely glad you're not in charge of the options in Grid since I use Non-square frames, horizontal health bar and invert health bar highlighting :)
I have rectangle formed frames since I find it natural that raid frames are small versions of unit frames which typically always are rectangle as well. I really like customizable addons, so that the addon can be used by as many users as possible who can then fit it to what he/she prefers.
Everyone has different play styles and needs and therefore we need multiple options. Grid is by far _the_ best raid frame mod out there for me, but I wouldn't be able to adapt to it if it weren't for the customizability of it.

Is there a way to let me keep the cooldown circle and still disable OmniCC from pitbull? I'm quite fond of the circle.

Tried seaching google and wowace forums for a solution, but I was unable to retrieve one.
I'd really love to start using OmniCC instead of CooldownCount, but I really don't like that Omni adds cooldowns for my Pitbull auras, since the text covers the entire aura frame. Is there a way to make Omni ignore the pitbull auras, but keep showing on the rest of the frames.
    Thank you

posted a message on Grid Question-- Mouseover highlighting options.
Remember you have to do this over and over again each time you update Grid. I've tried making a feature request to making the highlight optional, but I think the request got looked over.

posted a message on [Pitbull] Lag Issue When Raid Member Joins/Leaves
I think I finally figured out what was my problem (fixed things in AV, can't say for sure if it's fixed in raid instances yet).
What I did was to first go through all my addons and look for embedded libs (libraries inside addons) and see if I also had them as external libs. I made sure I only had external copies of all libs and then I deleted all addons that had something to do with dogtags (Pitbull, IB-2.0, Cowtip, Parrot and LibDogTag-3.0 and the unit one). I then went through the WAU and reinstalled all addons including the above and made sure I set dependency download and external mode on in the options.

A couple of months ago I started using WUU due to the WAU failing to update properly for me. What I think happened is that somehow it downloaded some libraries with externals from my WoWinterface addons and therefor we have the mixup. This probably led to one of the older libraries being loaded before the other or something like that..
Try cleaning out all you libraries (even the internal ones found in Interface/Addon/libs folder and then reinstall via the WAU without externals (library has it's own folder). (it will automatically add those which your addons need if you set it up in the preferences)

If you dont know what I'm talking about here then just make a list of what addons you have, delete your interface folder and install them one by one with the WAU using dependency download and without Externals
