    Something's definately screwy, as after exit some plugins appear on both the top and bottom panels in the SV. Assuming the process of writing the in-memory state to the SV is not broken, that suggests that the problem is in the placement when you have two panels. It places all the plugins that the SV tells it to place on the top panel, then looks for unreferenced plugins (the way it would for a newly installed addon) and also places them on the top panel instead of checking if the unreferenced plugins are actually referenced on the bottom panel.

    I haven't seen much in the way of specifics from people in this thread as to where things are ending up vs where they should be, but for me it has always been a plugin that should go on the bottom panel getting placed on the top. I haven't seen a situation where a plugin that my SV says goes on the top gets placed on the bottom. If other's experience is the same, that would match my theory, but I haven't looked at the FuBar code yet -- I'm just speculating based on what I see in-game and in the SV file.



    I had tested this, but it's not the placement of the Panels, but rather Bar 2 to bar 1.. I had tested this by deleting my top Panel, and relogging, this made all mods bump to the bottom bar (which was now Bar 1) and when I recreated the top bar (now bar 2) and logged, all mods I had placed on the new top went back to the bottom (bar 1).

    I like this feature/ability alot.. works great, and takes care of the problems of not being able to see a good chunk of your screen while doing configs.

    I am currently using 27 Fubar plugins spread across 2 panels. (yes I know.. I'm a mod freak!) But when you login everytime to find all 27 plugins on the top bar, many overlappy each other and unable to click/mouseover/etc.. it does make it unusable. Resetting the positions on the mods works till I logout, then I again loose all my setting, and have to redo them all.

    I didnt mean my post to be a b!tch or rant, just politely expressing my opinion. And as I said, I have been a long time fan of FuBar (and I also use many of CK's other mods with much enjoyment) and was dissappointed, that was all.

    As to WAU, yes, I guess that part is my fault in it being Beta status, not full release. I was under the impression that mods downloaded with WAU, while may have some bugs, was still considered a Semi-Stable release (along the lines of RC's from MS)and I appologize for that part of my original post..

    I have tried this, several times.. I even went as far as to smoke ALL Fubar and fubar plugin's SV files from my folders and reinstall from scratch.. still no avail.

    I must say, I am rather dissappointed with the turn Fubar has taken. While I dont have a problem with Rock (unlike most complaints, I actually like the GUI config), this "new and improved" FuBar doesnt seem all that great. I've been a longtime fan of Fubar (hell I try to convert everyone I come across to it) and this great mod has always been rock stable and filled with great features, untill recently. The loosing my placement/settings EVERYTIME I logged in was a pain in the.. well you know.. at first, but now it's just making FuBar pretty much completely unusable. I understand it's a bug, and will be eventually fixed, but in the meantime, alot of us die hard fans, are left with something we completely cant use.

    IMHO, and I know people are gonna say my opinion doesnt count, (but seriously isnt that why thse mods are made? for people to use?) is that fubar3 isnt, and wasnt, ready to replace the FuBar we know and love yet. I've read this thread, and read through the "Issue Navigator", and must say it seems like there are more people having issues with it, then have it working as well as the old and loved Fubar.

    I'm going to be reverting back to the old fubar, as many of us probably will, till FuBar3 has it's many issues fixed, but next time, please keep FuBar in the beta/testing phase till at least the MAJOR bugs are removed. I think alot of people would have had a better outlook on FuBar (and Rock) if their plugins/settings didnt all get messed up and unusable when we upgraded to something that was announced to be ready.

    This isnt meant to bash FuBar3, so please dont read that from my post, cause I know when it's actually ready, it'll rock as much as the old FuBar does.

    I'm having problem with the majority of my buttons dissappearing when I relog in... I deleted all my saved variables, updated klappa with WAU, and started from scratch, however, after I set everything up, logged out, and directly back in, half my buttons were gone.. and some of the main bars themselves had lost all the popup buttons completely. Anyone else having this?

    Thanks. The popup buttons should work too. I have changed something now, but I dont know if that helps with the problem.

    Thanks for adding the Item count feature.. I love it, but atm it only works on the main button, not the pop outs. Is this intentional? and if so is it possible to have it work for all buttons? This is quickly becoming one of my favourite mods simply cause I can replace several bars I previous had hidden using mouseovers, and still have the main buttons visible (and clickable). This gives full access to all my spells/abilities, yet still have full access at all times to the main buttons for stuff like DI, fears, and Oh Sh*t macro's.

    would it be possible for items that you put on the bar to show the count of the amount of items.. I use it for conjured water/bread and it would be a great help.. also for pots and elixirs too.

    One more thing I've noticed.. the Auto-maximize feature works great on every channel I've tried it on, except for the trade channel /2. for some reason it never maximizes when someone says something in trade.

    I just started having the problem with the window moving only in the last day or two, but it seems to be doing it fairly regularily. It aint doing it everytime, as I just logged in this morning and it was fine, but had it happen several times when I was jumping between toons alot last night getting ready for raid.
