    Not really sure what the deal here is - when I get into an arena match everything works fine and I can configure it and everything, but when I'm out of the arena instance I can't use /proximo or any commands for it. ACP doesn't show it as LoD either, so I'm not sure what's up.

    Make sure you have the necessary libraries installed, either within the Omen folder or in the /Interface/Addons folder itself.

    "Ace2, LibSharedMedia-2.0, FuBarPlugin-2.0, Threat-1.0, SpecialEventsEmbed, Babble-2.2, Parser-3.0, SinkLib, DewdropLib, LibBabble-Spell-3.0, LibBabble-Boss-3.0" are the dependencies listed on the Omen wiki page.

    Seems like a solid idea, even if it is a huge coding project.

    To prevent "fooling the system" - the gear could be rated as an average item level, as opposed to set values for rarities.

    Just found UnitStat() and it looks good to me. :)

    I've got the initial framework for recording and checking the values.. I just don't know a good way to display it. I should learn FuBar integration or something.

    Thanks, I'll look into those.

    So far, from WoWWiki I've been looking at either PLAYER_AURAS_CHANGED or UNIT_AURA. I can't really tell the difference between them.

    Also - I probably just need to look around a bit more, but I didn't see how to get the player's stats such as Agility/Str/Stamina. I saw built in functions for AttackPower and AttackSpeed, however.

    I was wondering if anybody could give me some pointers on how to go about making this addon. I have extensive knowledge with programming (JAVA, C++, C#, etc) but have never tried LUA/XML.

    I basically just want an addon to run in the background that will passively record my stats when they change. For example during combat I want to see how high my AP gets with dual mongoose (on my rogue) or how fast my main-hand will be swinging with all my buffs up, yet opening the Character Panel isn't feasible during fights.

    I was thinking I could fire the addon to record all of the stats every time I gained or lost a buff.. I don't know if there's a better way to go about doing this.

    I was wondering if this was possible, as a more cosmetic change:

    When you target someone casting a spell, then clear that target and aren't targetting anything else, the previous cast-bar still shows.

    I was wondering if it was possible to implement the position of the icon on a per-frame basis.

    I have Frame 1 and 2 positioned on either side of my character and would like the icons to be on opposite sides.

    Crude ASCII drawing:
    X[blah blah text] CHARACTER [blah more text]X

    Where X is the icon of Frames 1 and 2.

    This would be awesome, if you could find the time to throw it in there.

    I was wondering if it was possible to set different textures for say, the player and target frames of ag_UF.

    I chopped up a quick texture (essentially a mirror image of the BantoBar texture) and would like to use the reverse texture as my target texture, to give a more symmetrical look.

    This picture is how I have it currently, but would like the mirror image texture applied to only the target frame (on the left).

    posted a message on FuBar spacing problem
    I was just wondering why my FuBar's left and right aligned plugins are spaced over from the edge of my screen. On my other character (of a different account) this isn't a problem.

    Is there a setting I'm overlooking to fix this?
