posted a message on Prat 2.0 Chat Mod Framework (Official Thread)
Question about the CopyChat module. If I want to do a multi-line copy and paste into chat, I have to do it one line at a time. Would it be possible to add an option to "export" the text you select into a certain channel, and preserve the "carriage returns"?

curious, what is the size of a typical config? i recently realized this mod is usually top 3 in memory usage for me (1 is Ace2, and this mod fights with SWS for 2 and 3 spot). my AI .lua file in the SavedVariables folder is 839K. is this from migrating from 1.xx to 2.xx? would it be much lower if i started a new save from scratch?

edit: another thing i thought i add. when i'm in combat with my bag open, my fps drops to shits.

I started from scratch, and I also noticed the high memory allocation. After about 30m normal gameplay/usage with AI running, my total memory settles around 45MiB. If I disable ark and run Onebag/MrPlow, it sits around 30-35MiB. I noticed the larger memory allocation in both "Ace2" (Libs) and ArkInventory. I use standalone libs. Only have about 15 rules.

I've been getting this error for the past few weeks, I'll get a resist and the warning doesn't go through. I only have it announcing to /rw (and I do have assist). Is anyone even doing upkeep on this mod anymore? It's really useful on some fights.

posted a message on Hourglass - A lightweight oCD/CooldownTimers2 improved remake.
I don't know how easy this would be to add to Hourglass, but CDT2 had a really cool implementation of the emphasize code, where if you tried to use a skill or item that was on cooldown still, it would momentarily emphasize that skills' bar in place.. in other words it would enlarge the bar then shrink it again in under a second. Made it really easy to see the bar and time remaining without having to look through all the bars (if there's more than a couple). Unfortunately, it didn't always work for me.

I just started getting this error today when I try to show test bars..

Omen-2.1r42989\OmenDisplay.lua:543: attempt to index local 'v' (a nil value)
    Dewdrop-2.0-42392 (DewdropLib):665: in function <...erface\AddOns\DewdropLib\Dewdrop-2.0\Dewdrop-2.0.lua:604>

*edit* If I remember correctly, DewdropLib was updated in my WAU today, so maybe something in the latest Dewdrop is causing it.

    Huge feature request..

CG module that emulates ItemRacks "pop-out" functionality on the character screen, where when you shift+hover over a particular item slot (head, neck etc) it will display a pop-out where you can select other items in your bags using the same slot. I will seriously have your babies if you add a module that does that :)

This is my current setup.. I just have a few quips with the way it's behaving:

I have the Pet frame (top left) set to the exact same scale and width as the player (and all other frames for that matter) yet it's always like 1 or 2 pixels shorter than the rest. That might not seem like a big deal to some, but it is to me :). Also, notice the threat bar in the above pic (bottom left, kind of hard to see because I'm OOC).. When I move into a neutral area that doesn't need the threat bar, it disappears and my bottom row gets out of alignment:

So I guess my question is, could you add an option to replace the threatbar with a blank space bar when its not needed? Or just keep it from disappearing? Thanks for the great work so far.

I'm hesitant to ask this since Quartz already has quite a few modules, but are there any plans to add a cooldown module (just for the player, but enemies / target / focus would be cool too) similar to Hourglass. I really like the customization ability of Quartz bars, unfortunately Hourglass will probably never have that level of customization.

If you look at the Hourglass post, there's a customized core for it that has probably all the customization that most people would ever need, written by myself, and Mist.
As to the guy about Shadow Priests, take a look at ClassTimer, it uses the new api, which only shows your casts/debuffs anyway, so it would only show a timer for your own debuffs.

I'm actually using that custom core (much appreciated btw) but I'm trying to get my hourglass cooldown bars to look exactly like my quartz bars. So text size / font / colors / cooldown number placement etc would all have to be easily changeable.

This might seem like a minor aesthetic problem, but it's always the little things that bug me. Is there a reason "Color by class" is the only Health bar coloring option for the Mouse-over frame? As it is now, that option only colors friendly units by class and uses just a standard "green" color for hostile and pvp enemies. It would be nice if it had the usual "Color by class for PvP enemies" and "Color by hostility" options as well. :)

Try deleting your Addons.txt file (you will have to go back in the addon selections screen to disable addons you do not wish to load)

That seemed to do the trick.. Thanks.
