That's not it though, as someone else said I too don't use the global UI scale at all and yet nothing quite fits any more. This is really frusttrating since i'll have to reallign everything on my screen now. I'm running on 1280x1024, hardly an usualy resolution though maybe anything non-4:3 got affected by this.

Well the background is better than mine, but I don't like the font on the A at all. It's not clear as an A even at full size (64x64), and try shrinking that to 16x16 (window title icon size) and you can only make out the right side of it. I'd say your background with a cleaner and bolder A would look good.

Also the "neck" at the bottom of the spade disappears at smaller sizes, makes it look like it's a dot below an upside down heart, I made the "neck" wider on mine for this reason.

Hmm, sorry I don't meant to sound so critical, just suggestions for improvements :) .

Just put this together quickly. I like the current logo, it's just pixelated. This is a 64x64 BMP currently, it should look okay in the Start Menu and Explorer and in the program title bar. I tested it at 50% (32x32) and 25% (16x16) and it looked okay to me. I don't have anything to convert it to a 64x64 icon file so if you want to use it I assume you have some way of doing that.

If you don't want it then no problem, it took me ~10 minutes so nothing lost :) .

I just started using buggrabber so I wasn't aware it didn't make any noise like improvederrorframe did, so I didn't notice the spew caused when I loaded recount this way. I was missing GraphLib. I guess there must be an error in whatever file WowAce Updater uses to figure out which dependencies a mod has. When I went disembedded, I also had it downloading dependencies automatically, but for some reason it didn't grab this one as well.
I can confirm that WowAceUpdater is currently not grabbing GraphLib when it installs Recount.

i dont think it is asked to much from every user to go to a download site (sourceforge,...), download the new version and unpack it over the old - its still WAY better then to update 350 addons by hand ...
Yes, in an ideal world. But people don't bother to update t, and then they complain when it breaks and don't bother to mention that they're on a three month old version.

Well, if this is what we are down to thats a good sign.

I think that this is something you will have to deal with for now.
Haha, made me smile :) . Yeah I guess that's a pretty pathetic thing to moan about really!

Any way to stop it recreating the start menu group all the time? I have my start menu nicely sorted and it's pretty annoying having WoWAce turn up again every few days whenever it updates.

Changing the distance between nameplaters doesn't seem to work on one of my characters, yet it does on the others. I nuked the profile but I can't get it working, it's pretty bizarre. Any ideas?

Is there a way to turn off the blizzard exp gain float? I prefer to use the one that comes with Parrot (which was turned off by default).

I would love to know how to get rid of this as well.

To the other poster, it's not part of the Blizzard FCT... and there's no option that I've found to turn it off.

Well I don't see this so it's probably another mod you're running.
    EDIT: Nevermind, you're correct.

Look in the client interface options, where you will find options related to the interface of the client. I don't use Blizzard FCT but I'd assume it's part of that.

As a shaman, when interrupted by Counterspell or any other similar mechanic it places numerous spells on cooldown. I'm then spammed by the cooldown on all of my nature spells being finished. Is there any way to tell if a player has been affected by such a mechanic and suppress any subsequent cooldown messages?
Read the changelog and update, I seem to remember this went in recently.

I can't even see an application reference file. Mine's been updating fine from a shortcut straight to the EXE but now I'm wondering in case it stops working sometime, where should the shortcut be pointing?

I used to use Windizupdate.com for an any-browser Windows Update solution. Now I just use integrated auto-updates so I don't even need a browser but I'd guess Windiz still works.
