OK - now I can confirm that the razuvious module seems to be seriously bugged (tested it 2 Weeks).

Some shouts simply aren't shown (no timers, no message). This is random and sometimes the shout-timers return.

If it's coming thru on RS and you use oRA you need to toggle the block inside oRA, BigWigs won't mess with oRA's messages.

I still don't understand why CTRA uses RS at all, the stupid channel shouldn't exist at all anymore, period.

Because the RS channel supports more than 2 lines. So I don't understand why the (local) standard message channel of bigwigs is the blizzard warning frame and not the BigWigs one. With the blizzard warning frame you don't get the names of all webbed raid-members at maexxna for example ^^.

    2. 3 Drakes in BWL: Wing Buffet Timers seem to be completely borked now. They show up everytime but sometimes they simply interrupt and begin a new count, which confuses the complete raid. This seems to be a random problem too.

    3. Chromaggus Module: There seems to be a sync problem with the english and german versions of bigwigs. The breathes don't show everytime, sometimes no breath is shown, sometimes only one breath is shown - it's completely random. The breath timers itself are OK though and show the right time when they show up.

Razuvious has already been fixed, you should update.

I will fix issue 2 and 3 as soon as the SVN is functional again.

The ugly story is that I already use the latest version of bigwigs, but some of my guild mates use slightly outdated versions 98xx and 102xx. Do they have to update aswell to get no errors with razu?

Thank you that you are looking into the two bwl issues :)

After that I'll add some more styles. Give me screenies/ascii art of what you think is useful.

    -Ammo

Only make the MT-Frames looking like ora_Maintankframes (the out of the box-style) and I'll install oRA2 ^^

OK - updated Bug-Report for the newest build (at the current time it looks that with every update the amount of bugs increases dramatically :( )

    1. Razuvious Module: The Shout timers sometimes stop their announcements and after some shouts they are back. This is random. In earlier versions of bigwigs this problem wasn't there. When Razuvious is deafeatet the boss-module for razuvious re-activates.

    2. 3 Drakes in BWL: Wing Buffet Timers seem to be completely borked now. They show up everytime but sometimes they simply interrupt and begin a new count, which confuses the complete raid. This seems to be a random problem too.

    3. Chromaggus Module: There seems to be a sync problem with the english and german versions of bigwigs. The breath timers itself are OK though and show the right time when they show up.

Another strange thing is that on my english client I geht a warning like "Zeitraffer casting now". This is the german description of "Time Lapse"! There must be something wrong with english-german-client combination of bigwigs.

    4. Skeram-Module: Yesterday I got some strange message that skeram was defeatet while we fought against him. Think it has something to do with the replicates of him. After defeating Skeram, the boss-module re-activates (similar to razuvious)

    5. C'Thun-Module: Will check it today but according to some user-postings it seems to be fixed.

That's it, keep up the good work

Are there MainTank Frames out there which are usable with oRA2? Until now I continue to use oRA1 because of the great Addon "oRA_MainTankFrames".

The oRA2 MT Frames don't look bad but take too much space (their width is twice large than the width of oRA_Maintankframes!!!)

    Greetings

    Timo

oRA2 has maintankframes included. It's a all in one package atm.

    I just fixed several issues:
    * Tank death now plays the sound properly
    * Ordering in the menu for MTs is fixed
    * Name of the MT now shows up in the Set and Remove menu
    * Maintanks should nolonger persist on screen after raid end.

    -Ammo

I know that oRA2 has MainTankFrames included but these maintankframes don't look very nice with my ui because they are too long (MT Name ----- Target). The oRA_MainTankFrame's Classic Design would be the ideal design for my ui - but as you mentioned before there is only one design in your oRA2 maintankframes at the moment.

Therefore I asked if I can replace your MT-Frames with anotherone which is fully functional (are there any out there? ^^) with oRA2.

Hmmm - I really like BigWigs but in the recent builds there where introduced some real nasty bugs (tested in a raid with 20 people who installed BW):

    1. Naxxramas - Razuvious: Shout isn't shown always - sometimes there are phases where the shout-timer isn't shown. Is this a sync-problem? There was a time where the razuvious-mod was doing it's task flawlessly.

    2. C'Thun: In earlier builds there where shown raid-icons on the person who got the green beam. There where also icons on a group who got the dark glare. Both isn't the case in the current bw-builds (have to test it with 107xx because ther seemed to be some changes in the C'Thun-Module). Also the dark glare isn't shown everytime (only the first 2-3 times then never again). Same to the group warnings. Early Versions of BW2 didn't have those problems.

    3. Chromaggus: Breath timers aren't shown everytime (it's random). Since the creators of bw say they hadn't such problems I think this could be a sync-problem between english and german clients (some people use english, some use german clients including the MT). Sometimes I get German (!!!) local bw-messages like: Chromaggus is casting "Ätzende Säure" etc.

My question is why simply do not leave the modules which do there task flawlessly alone (C'Thun or Razuvious for example). How do you change an existing module? Do you rewrite the complete code or do you take the newest module and modify/add some code there? Due to the introduced bugs (look at the "Module "Großwitwe Faerlina" not found" Problem with german/english clients which was introduced again and again before this localisation-sync was fixed) I would say you rewrite the complete code.

I hope you fix those problems (some of my guild mates want to switch to LaVandetta BossMods if those bugs remain :( ).

Like I wrote in the Ac1-Forums there is no Raid-Icon if you get the green Beam or your group is affected by Dark Glare.

In a former bigwigs-build this feature was definitely there.

Furthermore I don't get the Dark-Glare-Warning everytime - is there a sync-problem between the Englisch and German clients? In earlier Versions the c'thun module (which was the best in bigwigs ^^) worked without any flaws.

Hmmm I switched back to ctra 4 days ago - because either XRS or PerfectRaid cause very small but annoying hickups when many debuffs are occuring (like the lava-packs in mc or the spider-packs in Naxx).

The new xrs? Maybe you have defined too many buff buttons?

    Quote from Saga »

I'm sorry if this answered somewhere but I looked thru the thread and didn't see it, but I might've missed it since I'm damn tired atm.. ;) Anyway, I tried adding Prayer of Fortitude and Prayer of Spirit buffbars, and when I do it just shows up as noone missing the buff even tho noone in the raid has spirit/fortitude. The predefined single-target versions works just fine tho along with everything else

The only thing I can think of is that you didn't set the classes/groups for the buff buttons. Right click the button and select all classes, then it should work.

Hmmm found out that the problem is perfect raid :(

And I use XRS "out of the box" without any definitions ^^

Tekkub can I ask a serious question (don't get angry I'm not an ACE-Programme so I have absolutely no idea if this is "normal")?

Among all installed (currently I'm updating 50% of my addons into the ace-alternatives including CTRA ^^) ACE-Addons your addon is the one with:

    - the highest memory-usage (33xx k)
    - the slowest starting-time (1,5 sec!!!)

Is there much unoptimized code in it or why is the memory usage so high?

Don't misunderstand - your bossmod is too good and feature-packed to be replaced by another one (the C'Thun-Module alone justifies this great mod :D ;) ) - but why this memory usage - thought ace-addons are more memory-friendly than there non-aced-alternatives.

posted a message on OneBag 2.0.6026 [Released 7/28/2006]
In the lates SVN there seems to be a minor bug:

When I open my Bags everything's fine ^^

But when I click on the Keyring-Button on the blizzard-bars (not the Button implemented in OneBag ^^) while OneBag is open, the "KeyBag" pops up with one small error ^^: The Icon and the Description for the KeyRing are in the middle of the screen and the rest (the keyring itself) is on the right side ^^.

This problem remains when you close onebag and only open the keyring. Solution - First open onebag and then click on the keyring-button in onebag.

I know that this is a small bug but it looks ugly ^^
