The delay is the bucketed update, in order to lower CPU usage it introduces an update delay. I've been using a direct update patch since the beginning because of it, because the author doesn't agree with my view: 'screw cpu usage, I want to see what happens asap'.
Bucketed update for mana/rage/energy is fine, HP is not.
Can I get this patch?
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think all you need to do is open "ag_UnitClass.lua" in an editor and look for this line:
Replace this with:
and you should have the health for all updated as it changes with no delays.
Regarding target and ToT frames, as far as I know, there's a difference between them, in that WoW doesn't fire events for ToT updates. So ToT has to be done on a schedule, currently it's updated every 0.8 seconds in agUF. You can change that to be faster, espcially if you need it for Patchwerk, look for the following line in "ag_UnitClass.lua" (close to the bottom of file):
self.schedule = self:ScheduleRepeatingEvent(self.UpdateMetro, 0.8, self)
and replace 0.8 with the update interval you want.
I hope this helps. :)

Oct 5, 2006with the options that is in the little wondow I would think it's vChat.. Prat and vchat do almost the same thing. I would suggest looking and seeing what they do and then decide which you want to use.Posted in: General AddOns
UI looks like a combo of different things. Not one package.

i think i never had ,in my 2 year wow-career, 7(!) druids in the raid =)
we even have 5 in the whole guild :P
spec^^ i think my guild has even had 8 druids on a raid once... we were desperate for ppl =)
We ues to have only 3 active druids.. then it changed to 3 active paladins.. then 3 active priests... it's back to paladins now. Give it another week or two we'll be back to only 3 druids. >.<

I've got a question. First the screenshot: http://img201.imageshack.us/img201/4601/ui2ue4.jpg
Left Bottom, you see her Playerframe... above her HP Bar, theres a casting bar.
How do you get it? It's cool and I like to have the casting bar too.
Could you help me?
Castbar: It is indeed OCB2
The cast bars next to the bufs is either HostleBars or Chronometer (probaly HB)

I've updated the MT frames with a backdrop. The only thing it does atm, is show you what mob you currently have targeted. Hint: it's the golden background.
Duplicate MT checking will be added soonish.
I do hope we can turn off that option or at least make the borders smaller. :)
Oct 3, 2006I've always liked how pally power did timers tbh. If you clicked on the "button" it would reset the timer for the next 15 mintues keeping check on the overall bufftime on each class.Posted in: Raid AddOns
So in light of that would it be possable to do a simple buff timer based on a check? In it's own tooltip window: when a Greater Buff is casted it would check for group#/class and reset a self timer for 30 minutes (long buffs) or 15 per class (pally)?
If it's still too much overhead no biggy. Also is it possable to adjust the alpha of the buff buttons? Or just have the whole buff colored red/normal? Little red/green letters are very hard to see sometimes. :)
Sep 29, 2006Thanks so much for the explination Maia :)Posted in: General AddOns
Is there a posiblity of an actual list feature that you can move the names to which "spot" you would like them in the priority list?
Is there nested priority? IE Group > Class > individual?
So if the priests Ben & Jerry & Carvel. They are in different groups w/ priests as a priorty. You have Ben as an individual does that mean
Ben = 620-690+200+200 while Jerry & Carvel = 620-690+200?

I like the "create outfits optimized for a particular attribute" feature of Outfitter. I don't know if it's less memory efficient but atleast it works great and seems to have same features that I know from ItemRack and AceWardrobe.
Outfitter is less memory efficient. But I like it for that reason too. Also with the newest version they are working on it's suppose to be better then it is atm.
If either IR or AW did that I'd switch in a heartbeat.. but as is I can live with a little memory hog. :)
Sep 29, 2006I know there's a priority list and how to put people onto it.. but I was wondering how it handles/sorts the list?Posted in: General AddOns
As far as I can tell I have never been able to define a specific list in a certin order. IE: Myself, Priest1, Warrior1, Priest2, Warrior2, Warrior3, Priest3.
Course it's quite possable I'm blind and just havn't taken the time to figure it out.

Noticed that AQ mount (crystals)/normal & epic mounts arn't stacking with one another. Possable it has been changed in the branch version but just incase it's not thought you should know.
hum, probably to either do with PT not grouping them, or they being in a different category... Can you get me some itemIDs?
Uh.. not really sure how to look them up :\

Surfing/trolling these forums and the SVN = best thing to do between wipes during a raid! :P
Pfft.. it's the best thing to do while at work... I'm BORED...
found this though http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/24931904/?qo=19&q=by%3Aglasswind&qh=sort%3Atime+-in%3Ascraps
Sep 27, 2006The thing is I really don't wanna "move" the buttons..Posted in: Addon Ideas
Stage 2: button reordering; snap-to window edge; slide-in, slide-out tray (like the Mac control tray thingie)
I'd love it to be as the current windows system tray is (shows 3 buttons, hides the rest and (>) button opens the rest of the try)
So it lookes like Hidden: (<)[(B)(B) Clock] Open: (>)[(B)(B)(B)(B) Clock]
Kinda like "Trinket Menu" for minimap buttons. :P Like people have said. If there was the same kinda thing in FuBar I'd use that too to hide all the little single icons I have that do something but I don' really use for anything other then to pull up options once in awhile. (Squishy, oRA2, Mr. Plow, MetaMap, KCItems, there's a few more... hehe)
