    I have a big problem, I need to detect other addons loaded before my own, but ADDON_LOADED only lists the addons that are loaded after mine? So how am I supposed to detect if any addons are loaded before mine?

    Well I made my own addons that change the party frame health and mana bars and apparently setting PartyMemberFrameNHealthBar.lockColor = true is causing taint. This didn't happen before the Cataclysm patch though so I'm not sure what is going on. .lockColor seems to work on all other statusbars except party bars..

    Almost everyone I've talked to had problems with party frames not showing up if you join a group while in Combat and other related issues. I noticed that most of my unitframe and raid addons cause taint since the Cataclysm patch, is this a known issue?

    After messing around a bit with the quest log code I found out that the "menus" are actually buttons and I created this piece of code

    It creates 5 buttons that looks like a menu, but now I'm wondering how I should make them expand and collapse. Blizzard uses ExpandQuestHeader API to make them expand but since I don't have that do I have to write this function myself?
    Like: OnClick -> add text below menu -> reanchor the menus that are below the one that just expanded -> ??

    I want to create a tree branched list that contains some info from my tables but I don't know which widget to use for that.

    I want it to look something like this:
    - Title
      -sub text
      -sub text 2
    - Title2
      -sub text 3

    It's gonna be all text and I would like to be able to close and open the trees, how can I do that?

    I would like to move many of wows frames outside the edges of my screen, this is not possible - they are hitting a invisible border along the screen edge. It's even worse with the chat windows that has a 1 inch space to the bottom where it stops? Custom made frames don't behave like this, what must I do to be able to move blizzards frames around freely?

    For some reason InCombatLockdown() always returns nil after PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD event even if you are in combat, how can I get around this if I want to check for combat right after I reloaded the UI?

    I've been trying to figure out how to see which units in a raid are being marked with raid icons. I understand I have to check for the event RAID_TARGET_UPDATE but it doesn't have any arguments so how am I supposed to know which unit that just got marked?
    The only solution I see is to iterate through the entire raid list and check each individual unit with GetRaidTargetIndex("unit"), is that the only way?

    I forgot to say that both screenshots are taken in combat just at various times. But yeah, I will definitely check out Omni CC and I already removed TrinketMenu. Thanks for the help everyone!

    Thanks for the tips, I tried OptionHouse during a raid (really nice addon). I got some interesting results. Skada was usually topping CPU/sec but that's expected I guess, what I didn't expect was to see TrinketMenu (and Cooldowns) that high. For an addon that's only supposed to watch equipped trinkets it sure uses a lot of CPU during combat.

    And why is RatingBuster showing increased CPU load during combat? Does it have anything to do with the shared libraries stuff that was posted earlier in the thread? Because I thought it didn't do any calcs unless you mouse over items.
