You can have an addon scream at you to click the spell, but it cannot cast it automatically.
Eh, I wasn't looking for automatically, just for an intelligent macro. For instance, it'd generate a macro some what like buffet or mounted, and set a particular spell to be displayed/cast, let's use fireburst, and when a particular buff procs, like brainfreeze, the macro swaps to fireball for the insta-cast. The same idea could be applied to slam, and a few other buff dependent casts.
I just wasn't sure if it's feasible given the restrictions that are in place during combat.
The only important thing missing in Bazooka that I use in FuBar is the ability to attach a plugin onto the minimap. Not sure how easy that is to implement.
Just for further edification, none of the 'fubar replacement displays' or any other LDB display will allow you to create minimap buttons. Minimap buttons have to be written into each individual LDB addon. So if the author didn't write a MM button option, there will not be a MM button for that addon, period.
If you're referring to the "Scientifically Readable" theme, well... the fonts are better than the default, but green text on a light yellow background isn't great. Black text would be a huge improvement.
According to "research" the font color/background color combination is the best combo for web pages EVORZ! :p
But I'll change it to black if that's what's preferred ^^
I just want to say thanks for pointing this out! As someone who is colorblind this annoys me to no end. Keep on at them Phanx there seems to be a lot of naysayers in this thread that don't seem to have vision problems and I appreciate all the effort you've put into pointing out many of the same problems that I have myself!
Can you check out the "readable" theme I'm slowly tacking together?
Let me know if you can read the main body text and what not? It's definitely WIP btw :p
Again, I would suggest defaulting the normal layout to having text for icons. I know it takes up more space, but I don't really think there's a good possibility of coming up with good icons for say, unit frames. I also agree that the raid icon is a poor choice, but my rationale is that the portrait of the dragon is far too small. I _have_ done the fight, and could not tell exactly what the picture was of without looking very closely at it.
I really think a graphic artist just needs to be let loose on the site, but I don't know what curse's budget for wowace/etc is.
I think people should stop complaining because a majority of what you've all been saying over and over and over, is already implemented in wowace clone skins. Phanx's requests are the only ones that are slightly different.
