shouldnt this be the other way around as clicking is slower than pressing a button?, imo ^^
wasd for moving
1-6 + shift for frequently used skills
7-8 for less frequent
a: bloodrage - shift: shield slam
f: intervene
g: intimidation
v: spell reflect
r: last stand - shift r: shield wall
e: demo shout - shift: battle shout - ctrl: commanding shout
t: escape artist!
mouse button 5: shoot, fish
f1, f2, f3 stances
f5 mount
f6 tracking macro
lots of crap unbinded f.e. shift + space
