Getting a lot of errors in Ahn'Kahet. I was doing it in heroic mode.

AceLocale-3.0: Little Wigs: Prince Taldaram: Missing entry for 'embraceGain_message':
    LittleWigs_Dragonblight-3.2\Prince_Taldaram.lua:43
AceLocale-3.0: Little Wigs: Prince Taldaram: Missing entry for 'embraceFade_message':
    LittleWigs_Dragonblight-3.2\Prince_Taldaram.lua:48
LittleWigs_Dragonblight-3.2\Prince_Taldaram.lua:54: attempt to concatenate global 'spellName' (a nil value)

I could have sworn I saw bad messages (as in the variable name, rather than plain english) during another boss fight, but that's all I had in my bugsack.

Working for me. Make an EBB group with your pet as target.

So, the new Big Wigs looks good. A lot of work went into it and it shows.

I do have one request (unless I missed the option): I would like to enable raid warnings from other people's boss mods. They appear to be blocked and there's no option I can see to change that. Other boss mods sometimes have other info to give.

Did you even read the post above yours? It's a Blizzard bug.

    It should, yeah.

Last I checked, the game doesn't let you see talents of PvP-flagged players, so what X-Perl is showing is its internal cache of a player's spec, if I'm not mistaken. And if those players have dual-specs, well... it'll be incorrect.

    Re-read xbeeps's post. :P

Your documentation has GetGUIDUnitMapTable(), but the code actually has GetGuidUnitMapTable() (line 335).

    GUID vs. Guid

The case is incorrect. And also, the code should be consistent and sticking to one or the other throughout.

That has nothing to do with Prat, it's an option in WoW. Look through them.

Can I suggest something? Don't turn off the custom highlights. Go edit them instead and get rid of the ones you don't need. You probably could care less about other people's polarity on Thaddius, so I could see getting rid of this. On the other hand, there are fights where a boss puts a specific debuff on someone and that person needs healed right away. It's very nice to have the icon of that debuff show up on the raid frame of the affected person if you're a healer.

In this case, the Thaddius fight, I see the polarity icon of each player on their respective raid frames. That's controlled by the Custom Highllights, which you can find in the X-Perl options under the Raid tab.

If you're talking about something else, then you'll have to show me on the picture.

No, it was the Frostborn daily quest. Additionally, I could see the "Leaving Combat" floating text before the indicator would go away.

Noticed something last night (using PitBull4-v4.0.0-beta3-79-g0f135b9). When in a vehicle, the in-combat icon wasn't going away as soon as I left combat. It did a couple seconds later. Perhaps there is some throttling going on? As I said, this is in a vehicle, so that means the player frame becomes the pet/vehicle frame, and that's the one I'm talking about.

Not sure if it's a bug or if I did something wrong, which is why I'm posting here before reporting it as a bug via ticket.

I'm really not sure what else I can do.

I'm going to echo Zidomo here. Have PitBull come with a setup for raid frames already built-in when you first install it. You already have parties set up. I think I know why you don't have a default raid set up, though. It's because raid frames weren't initially working in the earlier alphas, right? Either way, a default working raid setup needs added now that you have beta versions of PitBull.

And yeah 2 dropdowns that give similar options isn't instantly clear. I also had trouble with that initially, but that was before you changed it to be visible at all times.

I'd have to check, but I'm prety sure they do use the same ID (FoL and HL are straight-forward and good examples of that). What's likely different is when an ability generates multiple effects. Beacon of Light will generate 2 buffs: Beacon of Light, which uses the same ID again, and Light's Beacon, which is another one.

Or to use a talent that gives an ability, Killing Spree for a rogue. The ability you get uses the same ID as the talent, and so does the buff the rogue gets (I did check that via combat log), but the extra attacks generated are 2 different spell IDs.

I spent a decent amount of time identifying all this when looking for all possible player-generated bleed effects in the game (I was an Assassination rogue: Hunger for Blood needs a bleed), in order to quickly know via addons when I could use Hunger for Blood without applying my own bleed first

Either way, I understand now that it'd be preferable to separate talents that give and ability from those that don't. Fair enough. The data is there though, if not easily sorted.
